i do not recommend this restaurant especially to those who want quality breakfast in tagaytay, food not fresh, crispy tawilis' heads taste awfuldrinking water tasted stale bec no icedrinking glass smells not cleana cup of brewed coffee cost 75php with coffeemate creamer 👎, better enjoy ur coffee at other prestigious coffee shops, the worst is.. no water in cr, no water in lababono water to wash hands or wash mouth after eating crispy tawilis. their price is high compared to their service which is very very low.after eating here.. it feels like we were scammed.right after, we went to Jollibee to have pancake coffee breakfast to undo the bad experience we had at this restaurant

Famous for their silog meals and ihaw ihaw. Their tapa is surprisingly good for only 90php! They also serve bulalo, sisig, kare kare etc. Price is okay and they have a second floor where you can enjoy the cold breeze of Tagaytay.

I had a sudden foodtrip with my workmates and decided to go to Tagaytay to have some bulalo. Along the road, we saw this area with lively lights on seems good place to eat, so we decided. We tried different dishes. The kare-kare as well as the chopsuey tasted sweet but still delicious. The tawilis was evenly deep fried and tasty perfectly matches the bulalo. It was good for my first try. We had a big serving of crispy pata. It was as well good match with kare-kare. I was pleased with the bulalo as it was served with a lot of beef and I can say that the soup broth was so tasty. The cold breeze and ambiance made our meal even better.

On a quick road trip, my friends and I went off to Tagaytay and had a quick dinner at Mer ben. We ordered their extra special bulalo and their crisoy tawilis with rice. While I found their broth salty the beef itself was so tender especially the parts of fat and litid. Their tawilis was crunchy no need to tske it apart but just bite it straight. Our order was good for two and cost around 700 pesos. Service was good and there are even acoustic singers.

11th of January, at around 4pm we arrived at Mer Bens to eat a lunch meal, supposedly. So we happily look for a table and one of the crew took our order. As normal setting does we have to wait for few mins as it needs to be cooked. 45mins have passed so I have asked one of the crew to follow up the request as qe are having late lunch and im hell hungry. She said she will come back and check. When she came back to our surprise the meal was not prepared yet coz the order was not properly placed in the kitchen. The one who took the order left home and maybe in a hurry and didnt endorse the order. I was upset as me and my family is so hungry waiting. And they said only now they will cook and we needed to wait for another minutes again as they will be cooking it starting only now. I calmy ask for a manager to speak to i was calm. No manager wants to speak cannot be found until one of the staff pointed out one person shes the one I can speak with. Whats frustrating more is they dont know how to handle complaints. She was telling me "bigyan ko nalang po kayo libreng sabaw". Aanhin ko ang libreng sabaw? And im not asking for any complimentary. That made me more angry as I would appreciate If she ask what happen first, she should have just pretended that no worries we will take the correct action after investigatiom anu talaga nangyari apologize deeply and make it sincere. Kaso walang ganun bungad agad bigyan ko kayo sabaw? Seriously? Anyways just to give u point maybe u should train your staff how to handle orders and complaints as well. And maybe you can also train yourself as a manager. As you did not apologize, you did not emphatize, you did not listen, no correct action was taken and you just left one customer super not happy and words of mouth is a very powerful tool for u to lose customer... very bad service.. There's a lot of competition in Tagaytay and you have let us down totally crossed out never to go back and never to recommend at all.. and tell everyone how bad service you offer to all my friends and families..
