Good concept for a restaurant which gives you a homey feel. However, their food was such a big disappointment. We tried different sorts of dishes but none really got close to "good". Their bulalo would be acceptable but nothing really great compared to all the bulalo places around the city. Very pricey for poor quality of food. Definitely something you can drop off your list.

Place is good but food is not. Sinigang is sweet, back ribs is salty, moresketa is not good. Need to improve their dishes considering their price is high with service fee pa - 10%??

Rating it accordingly. (from 1-5)Location: 3.5Ambiance: 5Cleanliness: 4Value for Money: 4Staff/Service: 4Food: 4It's not as accessible as most restaurants in Tagaytay would be but it's worth the visit. It gives you this homey feel before you dine. The food was great and has that home-cooked meal taste. My son enjoyed their facade

Food:Ordered Tasty Cheese Sticks, Mom’s Tender Ribs, Dagupan Bangus and Sinigang na Lechon. All were good. The sinigang is just a bit sweet for my taste, maybe it’s because of the lechon sauce. Fixed it with a little fish sauce. Ambiance:The house-turned-restaurant looks so cozy. Fences and some displays need some retouching though. Service:Waiters were friendly and accommodating. Food just took a while to be served.Price: Reasonable enough. Paid 1,800 for 4 persons (w/o drinks).Location: Searchable in Waze. 😬

It was sunday night when my family decided to randomly go to Tagaytay for dinner. We tried Memory Lane because my mom's friends told us that it was good there. The place is beautiful. It feels nostalgia and vintage (you can see different vintage stuff). The food is okay, nothing much appreciation for the food but if you want to have a quiet family or romantic place, I recommend this place but do not expect too much on their food. ✌🏻️

So, going back to our Tagaytay food crawl last Bonifacio Day 2016, one of our stops included this home of Jolina Magdangal converted into a restaurant. We parked at the vacant area behind the place. Well, I fell in love with the place, both with indoor and outdoor. The exterior had a garden with some Christmas decors. It also had some benches just outside the entrance where you can have your picture taken. There were also lovely plastic plants on their stairway. The interior also had lots of decors that seemed as if they were taken from the singer's bedroom.

As traffic was quite horrendous in Tagaytay on weekends, we decided to give this restaurant hidden inside one of the passageways a try.First impression is quite blah, the menu is like a kid conceptualized it and the selections are quite limited. We tried their sinigang na bangus belly which is quite on the salty side but the vegetables are cooked beautifully. Fried chicken on the other hand is crispy and tender. And the dissapointment, the Dad's adobong kangkong is a let down. Just look at the photograph it is overcooked and unappetizing. The place is quite nice though I find the knick knacks inside a bit random, there is no cohesiveness on its decor as well as the little things they're selling. We were secretly hoping Jolina would pop-out haha

A VERY DISAPPOINTING MEMORY LANE. We expected more considering it is owned by a celebrity, but don't let that enticing outside appearance fool you! Service and Food is NOT VALUE FOR MONEY! Php1200+ for not-so-boneless tinapang bangus and 5 pcs fried chicken. Our helper cooks better than they.  It also takes them so long to serve the food. Didn't even bother to take pictures since it's not appetizing at all. I hope they will improve their food and service. we could've ate somewhere else in Tagaytay. Very sad dining experience.

Tagaytay Food Crawl7th Stop: Memory Lane RestaurantBlast from the past! It's the restaurant interior set-up from the classic television and interior of the house you will be travelled where boogie and jazz lives on. The mini jukebox also play some classical song like Paper Roses with Jolina Magdangal's cover. Yes, she own the restaurant and her father was there managing and supervising the restaurant. The server handed us the menu and choose the famous Tagaytay Bulalo for Php695.00 and their bestseller Mom's Tender Juicy Baby Back Ribs for Php520.00.While waiting for our orders, we go around the area and took some photos. After more than thirty minutes our order arrived. Gosh! Ang tagal lutuin. 😖 I think they need to add more staff during peak hours (lunch and dinner).Tagaytay Bulalo - ⭐️⭐️⭐️ 3/5"I find it salty and ma-MSG. Hinde nya nakuha yung timpla ng bulalo ng Tagaytay."Mom's Tender Juicy Baby Back Ribs - ⭐️⭐️⭐️ 3/5"Sunog yung ibang part. Butter ang taste kasi over cooked...Awww!"I am really amazed with the set-up of the restaurant, it's beautiful. But they need to improve their dishes. #ilovetoeatph 😃❤️

Good place, very homey. Their theme are the old classics songs and black and white old movies. Their food is good, but their beef stew is all veggies few meat. Loved the hearty mushroom soup. Relaxing experience. Thanks!
