First of all, I would like to say that the service was really good. The staff were really attentive and polite. However, I think the food here is very expensive given the quality... Here's what we ordered:1. Amalfi Prawns - typical shrimp with breading, greasy, nothing special2. Hummus - the hummus itself was okay however I was expecting a better pita bread given its price3. Steak with Truffle Butter - asked for a medium well and it was served medium well, good job with that. But too much fattt. I was able to remove a whole slab of fat (size bigger than an Iphone X for reference)4. Classic Shish Kebab - too little serving (6 pieces with the size of less than a matchbox)and the meat was tough. I love lamb very much so I was disappointed with what they served.5. Lavender Creme Brulee - tasted like mild leche fan with a hint of lavender served in a very small cup6. Pavlova - the meringue taste almost the same as the meringue you can buy in the marketFor everything that I listed above we paid 4.7k. And all I could say, it was not worth it. Really, really disappointed. Also, not enough parking space.

In order to fully appreciate Marcia Adams, one has to consider the experience as a whole. The reason being their food being so gosh dang expensive. To be honest, I didn't know if I didn't really enjoy their food all that much or if I did but was just dreading the moment we ask for the bill. 😅 But to be fair, their place was spectacular and service was impeccable. It's just really the very expensive price point for me.

I just want to thank you for a wonderful accommodation we got from Marcia Adams restaurant. We highly appreciate the extra effort done for us. The solemn ambiance while we enjoy the foods. Btw, the food is superb! 11/10.

A romantic place perfect for fancy dinner dates. My SO and I celebrated our 7th anniversary together here in this lovely place. I love how the restaurant is surrounded by fresh flowers. Tagaytay's cold breeze is surely felt during the night. Just sit by the overlooking window. Their staff are all presentable, polite, and attentive. Their main course comes with an appetizer and dessert. Such a steal! The food we've tried are all great!Prawns, mushroom, and arugula salad - I can taste how fresh the veggies are. The prawns are also seasoned well.Hummus and whole wheat tortilla - consume immeadiately cause it's perfect while still warm.Steak - cooked and seasoned to perfection! However, I prefer if the meat is leaner and has less fat.Panna cotta - not sure if I'm tasting yogurt ot cream cheese but it's surely delightful.Chocolate mousse - I loved this dessert! Their chocolate is on the "darker" side and not much sweet.I had a great time at Marcia Adams. Perfect to bring here someone special ❤

DO NOT EVEN BOTHER EATING HERE. - requested for a table by the window and this was confirmed by the owner himself but when we got here, the table was occupied- took about 15 minutes and 3 servers before they could clean our table- we arrived before 3:30, the main course arrived at 5:00 AFTER A MILLION FOLLOW UPS- my boyfriend ordered beef kebab and the server asked for the doneness, so he requested for medium.. when the food got here, it was cooked WELL DONE- I ordered the pork chop, and to be fair, it was tasty but it was so HARD and DRYNever coming back here again

At first, if you have never dined at this restaurant before, you would get shocked by the prices of the main courses. But once you knew how the ordering process goes, and you finally got to be served and tasted their dishes, all is well worth it. So far, I have dined for three times in this restaurant and my expectations are always met. Here’s what i tasted so far:Appetizers:1. Amalfi prawns - four generous pieces of succulent and fresh prawns together with a square of lettuce chip and basil. We liked this one very much for it has a lot of flavor. We loved the various texture as well. 2. Dips - all served with pita pieces and they’re not your usual store bought stuff. You can really taste that they are made from scratch. 3. Melon, Prosciutto and Arugula Salad - bed of fresh lettuce and arugula with sweet and juicy melon balls, salty prosciutto that cuts through that sweetness, truffle cheese, and raspberry vinaigrette. This is the best tasting salad I have ever eaten. Mains:1. Beef Tenderloin and Bacon Kebabs - super tender and melt in your mouth pieces of beef with little pieces of fatty bacon, cooked to your liking, served with Tzatziki. Less expensive alternative to the steak. 2. Aromatic Pork - this is like your liempo but on steroids. Super flavorful piece of pork belly. The whole slab is so big that it goes beyond the plate. 3. Italian Porkchops - again, a piece of pork on steroids. Although this is at least a half-inch thick, the flavor is sure to be present all throughout. 4. Chicken Kebabs - i dont know how they infused all the spices in a sad chicken breast, but this is no sad chicken breast. It is soft, juicy and most definitely super flavorful. This is a must have. Desserts:Nothing could go wrong with any of these desserts as finishers to any meal. They are especially made to make your dining experience to come to a full circle. 1. Panna Cotta with Lemon Sauce2. Lavander Creme Brûlée 3. Fried Bananas with ChocolateYou’ll definitely enjoy your experience at this restaurant. The cool breeze up at the mountains will take your dining experience to whole another level.

Been thinking of a great place to dine given the current situation and this place really made it worth the while since the distancing has been practiced and considered also safety precautions are in place. Though a reservation is highly recommended specially on weekend. The place itself is calm, cozy and will make you feel you are inhaling pure fresh air that soothes your senses that will make you enjoy your food better. For starters they have the bread and balsamic vinegar which for me is ok perhaps I prefer the bread to be focaccia rather than plain wheat. For the salad I highly recommend the melon Salad it’s truly refreshing at the same time clears the palette for the mains. All their Main Courses comes with choices of appetizer and dessert well we come here for the steak so we had the steak with truffle butter which is worth it! I prefer mine to be well done yet the juiciness was still there no need for additional sauce because it’s well flavored! The pasta I must say is also good and al dente simple no fuss yet delicious. For appetizer one of the best tasting hummus I’ve tried loved it a lot!For sweet endings we had panacota with lime very refreshing and pavlova I must say a must try. I will surely come back to this place because it’s cozy at the same time the food is great!

Beautiful place! We loved the steak with truffle butter. Delicious and juicy. We didn't need to add anything. The bolognese and mushroom soup was OK, nothing special. Serving size could be improved as well. Will come back to try other dishes.

I went here with family, since they offer three couse meals when you order from their selection of mains, we pretty much tasted half of the items on their menu. Everything is quality food, simple flavors done well. It's Mediterranean/European cuisine but at the same time comfort food. For appetizers go for the Amalfi prawns, scrumptious prawns with breadcrumbs and their baba ganoush was lovely. Complimentary bread is a delight, chewy and soft and goes along well with the olive oil & balsamic dip. I highly recommend their pork chops and chicken kebab (my mom & sis's favorite, not dry and very flavorful). Don't miss out on their Greek Octopus Stew, such umami of flavors. I enjoyed the thick sauce and the very tender chops on my Greek Lamb stew, although it needs a bit more pinch of salt for my taste. For dessert the Pavlova got my vote and for something different and exotic order their Guava shells with creme fraiche - my favorite!! It's almost like minatamis na bayabas but the addition of creme fraiche with its creamy tanginess just gave it more depth. Marcia Adam's is an unassuming place tucked away in the midst of Alfonso's lush foliage and the owner's wonderful garden. I would love to keep this place a hidden gem among the hundreds of food places that peppered Cavite's uplands but it would be a disservice not give it a good ratings for the delicious food and awesome service.
