It took us some time to get the new Mano's Greek Tavern, because of outdated online maps and also locals who confusedly pointed us to its aged location. Note that this is a several meters from Boutique Mattress and Breakfast. The taverna hasmultilevel eating areas, all with a magnificent view of the lake (nearly of the tiny Taal Volcano, because of trees blocking the view) and greenery. We had been extra lucky to take pleasure from a peaceful atmosphere since we had been the only real customers that lunchtime. We'd their Greek salad, meatballs, moussaka, tzaziki and pita, all very easy yet flavorful, affordable and served inside generous portions. Services is good, foods delivered promptly. Although we were informed they are starting a branch at Mall of Asia, Pasay City, the view and the breeze would be worth the visit to the Mano's Greek Tavern in Tagaytay.

Me and my husband are a big enthusiast of Greek/Mediterranean cuisine especially Gyros. We have been to Tagaytay often already and we currently tried the most common go-to-resto's there like RSM and Leslie's. Therefore, in our vacation this December I researched for additional dining places thatI think we'll take pleasure in. I crossed paths with Mano's Greek Taverna while I has been researching and I immediately want to go presently there and attempt their shawarma. SINCE I HAVE read lots of good evaluations about their cuisine I experienced to make sure to use their other dish as well. We got so shed finding the location and we were very exhausted whenever we had to return and forth to the Tagaytay junction to Lourdes Church. We inquired a policeman for directions whenever we obtained off the jeepney in Lourdes church and he mentioned that people already passed the area. Therefore we rode another jeepney likely to Olivarez terminal since he stated it had been near that place. And then find out he gave us the incorrect direction. Anyway, to slice the lengthy and tiring story brief we requested a tryc driver to simply take us there. Upon arriving to the area all our tiredness were beaten up due to the awesome see from our desk. The employees is accommodating plus they educated us that the look at down the hill is way better. We purchased their lamb greek shawarma, grilled poultry and a spaghetti dish that I cannot remember what its title was. The shawarma was so delicious. They're very generous in meal and it was therefore tasteeeey. Nevertheless, I didn't loved the grilled poultry because it's therefore bland. So when for the spaghetti dish, well since i have forgot what it had been called means there is nothing special concerning the dish because it's bland aswell. But in the menus it states that it offers parmesan cheese, new tomato sauce and burgandy or merlot wine. I didn't flavor some of those on the dish that people were served. But we didn't regret choosing this restaurant as the Shawarma covered all of the blandness of another foods we ordered. And the area itself was breathtaking therefore i think it's all worthwhile. Anyhow, when we're on our way to avoid it we found with the dog owner. He said they will open a fresh branch in MOA. Very good news right?!

We'd a late lunch time while considering Lake Taal. This is simply not an easy food restaurant if you come in hurry head later on. That is our 2nd knowledge with Manos getting dinned in his some other restaurant this past year. The atmosphereand watch are definitly a noticable difference. The food needless to say needs no improvement, this is a great flavor of Greece in the Philippines. The souvlaki, moussaka, pastisio, saganaki, etc are great. In the event that you leave Manos starving it has to end up being your fault beause you didn't consume eveerything on your own plate. Hopefully your dinner consists of the french fries they're to die for.

Mano's Greek Taverna is multilevel eating restaurant with glowing blue and white colours throughout. We came right here for lunch time and sat in the low dining degree which had an excellent view. The songs was quite relaxing and its own a nice spot to consume and converse. While we were looking forward to our order, we furthermore spent a while reading about the background of Greek food that is printed on their menus. We ordered the 'veggie shawarma 2' that was yummilicious that people were left requesting even more. The pork on the skewer has been perfectly flavored and was an excellent eat. The Spanakopita had been a little salty. The desserts that people ordered had been Baklawa and Creme Caramel and both want some enhancement. The serving personnel were pleasant and the area is good worth for money.

We ordered the moasuka and my hubby had the grilled lamb shoulder. This Greek cafe uses the fresh elements on our dish. The eggplant on my dish will be cooked to perfection. I've a slice of the lamb shoulder also it really tastes great. Itis very juicy also it complements the dried out white wine that has been wanted to us by among the waiter. This encounter is this type of feast for our tastebuds.

Ate here yesterday with my companion for a late lunch time around 2pm with their new building inside Tagaytay. It is possible to spot the white developing easily because they are right close to the huge Cityland condominium development. The menu is really a clear book with a mishmashof sheets discussing Greek food, ingredients, and history, with the previous few pages used as a menus. We noticed that the majority of their dishes are very pricey (entrees range between P320 to P590) and we weren't ready to spend that very much for a straightforward lunch. So we simply purchased their cabbage salad, poultry shawarma, and macaroni with keema and waited an acceptable amount of period for our orders to reach. The eating place was empty aside from us, and we had been seated close to the windows where it had been bright. The cabbage salad is really a mixture of finely shredded lettuce, carrots, chunks of feta and unpitted olives. It appeared to involve some vinaigrette already therefore i jist added a little more. This is just best for 1 hungry individual and nothing ideal for P140. The poultry shawarma though, was tasty. Although the pita had been on the heavy side (you need to really bite difficult to rip it off) the chicken was completely prepared and seasoned. With the strips of tomato and plenty of yogurt dressing, it certainly hit the location. The macaroni with keema though, just ended up being plain old spaghetti. Service had not been too great, there appeared to be no 1 on the floor waiting around on us and we'd have to yell or even stand to obtain someone to assist. However the wait employees were nice enough. Overall would be back limited to the shawarma.

We called the telephone number provided from their internet site and spoke to a guy who sounded Greek. He stated that his Greek tavern has been closed, but that people could dine at his Hellenic Bar and Cafe located above the 7-11 in Magallanes Square alongthe Tagaytay-Calamba Street. They offered us with a lovely menu with pictures of several Greek dishes. However, many of these products were unavailable, therefore we purchased Macaronia Me Kima and the Lamb Shoulder. The Macaronia ended up being spaghetti topped by way of a tiny level of tasteless meats sauce. The lamb had been worse: two bony slices of overcooked lamb. This is easily the worst food that I've had in years. USUALLY DO NOT EAT AT THE HELLENIC BAR AND RESTAURANT

Dolmas, Lamb chops, Moussaka - not to mention Baklava - all created from his own garden components - beware the Ouzo - it creates lunch become dinner inside the blink of a watch
