We had a great lunch here with their very own recipe of sinugbang sari sari sa bilao (mixed grilled), sinigang maya paired them with ensaladang mangga plus a bunch of rice. Too bad they do not have a choice of brown rice which is more appropriate for the olds'. Nonetheless, everything's cooked and prepared deliciously except for the pork chop which was a bit dry but still flavorous. The place has another spectacular view of the Tagaytay eye/Taal lake. And as always love the fresh cold breeze which is so refreshing anytime of the year. A beautiful and a must place to visit when in the Phiippines.Staff service were highly commendable. And surroundings are tidy and clean. Hope to revisit them and try their other original yummy home-cooked meal recipes. 😊😉😘

Leslie's is the best restaurant to go to in Sky Ranch if you are looking for a restaurant that you can't find in the metro.Weather permitting, the outside patio seating offers the best choice to soak up the Sky Ranch ambience of screaming joy riding public, a Choo-Choo train driving by and even a marching band strolling through the park.Have-to-order dishes are the Bulalo (Ofcourse!) and the Tuna Sisig. The Bulalo had mostly a fall-off the bone tender shanks (some meat parts were unfortunately dry and tough). Then the tuna sisig had a mayonnaisey appeal to it but was a crowd pleaser. The Fried Calamari and Pinakbet were pretty good too.

The sinigang na maya-maya was so-so. I could barely find the fish taste on the meat. That was probably because the fish was frozen for a long time. The serving was really big though. That bowl could feed 4 or 5 people. The beef cuts in the kare-kare tasted like left-over meat from a mechado dish. The sauce was watery and the vegetables were overcooked. The weather wasn't too cold when we visited, so we got to sit outside where we had a good view of the park. The tables were set nicely, and the furniture were spaced properly.

Years ago, Leslie’s used to be the upstart that displaced oldies-but-goodies like RSM and Diner’s Bulalo for their bulalo soup. They expanded dramatically, and quality sort of fell after that, but the food’s still okay.Their branch at the Skyranch Park has a great vantage point of the amusement park, so it’s nice to sit outside, rain or sunshine permitting. We ordered bulalo, calamares, tuna sisig, and pakbet for six people. The bulalo was just okay, but the tendon muscle cut - classic to the dish - is consistent with how it’s usually served, which is to say, tender enough. The pakbet vegetables were all undercooked - too crispy, the ampalaya still a bit too bitter. The tuna sisig was okay as well - with a creamy sauce coating, and not as much of the crispy, oniony bits one hopes to have. The rice was of inferior quality - greyish, not white - not acceptable for a restaurant like theirs.Service was polite and caring, which always matters. I wish they’d do a better job of wiping their glass tables.

Sorry but for me this resto is a major fail! 👎🏼 just because Sky Ranch is here, i have my niece & nephews with me with my grown up kids, I felt so embarrassed that I brought them here... 🙈🙊 ambience is so bad! Their music is like we're in grunge room! So so noisy! Not the people but the quality of their sound system! We even requested to be transferred to outside dining area. Which is more relaxing & more quiet. So we were just watching the ferris wheels & caterpillar ride. Now let's move on to the menu. Because you're in Tagaytay, in a cool place, best time to have Bulalo! And so we did order it to be shared by 10 people, just ok! Ordinary Bulalo Soup good thing the meat is so tender! ! We also got pinaputok na tilapia which tastes so bad like you're eating lumot! We got inihaw na pusit which is worse because it was uncooked with foul smell (see photo). We ordered chopseuy for our veggie meal and whole fried chicken for kids! Believe me! We ended up just eating the fried chicken shared by 10 people, the Bulalo & that's it! Worst is that, we made a complaint to the waiter he said that it's the way it was being cooked?! There was a complaint also which we returned due to the foul smell of the meat of that inihaw na liempo! And because of that, I told them to call the manager which the waiter said is not there anymore! But when we got out of the resto I saw him, I wanted to talk to him but I told myself, never mind, i'll just make this review so the management & people would know how nasty the food, people and this place is! Will not return to this restaurant anymore!

My second time to dine. I love their fried chicken, bulalo and kare kare! The ambience is great. I will definitely go back again. Service is 👍! Food was served in 20 minutes or less. 😋😋😋

Leslie's is a family favorite when we visit Tagaytay. We've been coming here ever since. Their view is amazing with a wide balcony so you could see the famous Taal. Their food is great too for so many reasons, they serve bottomless bulalo which makes dining there a whole lot better and longer.

This is one of the few restaurants inside Sky Ranch and we chose Leslie's to try something new. We went here on a Saturday for early dinner at 5pm and there were still few customers. We were seated once we went inside and they gave us their menu.We ordered Sweet and Sour Lapu-Lapu, Deep Fried Half Chicken, and rice. We're glad that the waiter who took our order asked if we want bulalo soup. Of course who are we to decline! Minutes after, the soup came and we were surprised that they didn't just give us individual bowls with the soup in it already. Instead, they gave us a large bowl of soup and yes individual empty bowls. Their lapu lapu is good but we think it's overpriced. Yes the fish is large but it's somehow an ordinary sweet and sour flavor. The chicken is surprisingly good though. They have lots of staff and they weren't too busy that time so they easily attended our needs. They have a large space and the ambiance is good, I hope they maintain it during rush hours, but there were flies and mosquitoes feasting with us. Well, that's a room for improvement.

The food is so-so but the serving size is big. Servers are friendly and quick so that’s good. What we ordered:Pork sisig - good and it has meat (not just the pork face). Karekare beef - just okay.. i didn’t enjoy this too much as it had a sweetness to it and i got a chunk of unmelted peanut butter in the sauce and beef was not too tender. Seafood bicol express - just okay.. it has a lot of seafood which is good. But the taste is meh. Bulalo - just okay. It tastes like what Bulalo should but no wow factor and it has a big hunk of bone, meat and marrow. Ripe mango shake - it’s good but toooo sweet! I think they put in too much sugar.
