As expected,we have to wait for a few minutes to have a seat since we got there during lunch time, the crew handed us the menu so that when we got a seat our order will be placed. I dont have any comments on the foods because as expected foods and drinks were very delicious. I juat want ro commend the staffs for being so accomodating.

Luma ung food. Makunat ung squid. Panis ung sweet & sour. Pero masarap ung sabaw ng sinigang. So I suggest you not to try fast food in Tagaytay.

Affordable and yummy, we keep coming back here just to hang out and enjoy their food.My ultimate fave is their Garlic Fried Chicken which has the best gravy sauce ever.I used to love their pork sisig but it was not consistent. There are times that it was cooked really well but a few times, we were served with something that tastes burnt. All other menu items were ok. They have budget meals that are super affordable and yummy that’s served with unli rice!Too bad though that they carry Pepsi products and not my Coke Zero staple.

FOOD: 3/5 | SERVICE: 3/5 | AMBIANCE 2/5I really like their pork sisig and barbecue. There is a crunchy flavor to the sisig while the barbecue sauce is a winner. The pork sinigang is very good but if you don't like it sour (too sour in fact) then this one's not for you or you can request during ordertaking to lessen the sour flavor. The lumpia and chicken are just ordinary, you can skip these dishes and take on other stuff in their menu.Today, they are now offering unlimited rice promo if you order their 2pc fried chicken.If you're in for a drink, this one is also two thumbs up since they serve cheap beers.

Our group is big with 11 members and 4 big guys with us I was very much  impressed with the way they handled our group. They were fast, efficient, guest focused and happy to serve us. They made it a point to have fun with their guests and in a place full of people that is a tough job. I salute the servers because of the level of service they provided my family. I thank them for it. The food was really great and my whole family enjoyed so it was an almost perfect experience.

Love the food and service:01 Food- they have unlit rice topping. The fried squid R/T and Fish fillet R/T were delicious, the meal includes free soup and ice tea.02 Green mango with Bagoong was delicious.03 The service was friendly and attentive.My wife and I love their food.

Giligan's is an absolute "Bar & Grill" concept dark horseIt's been around for quite a time but I didn't pay much attention w/ the likes of Gerry & Dencio lording over its competition for years. I always took Giligan's as another entrepreneur's attempt to penetrate the already saturated market & never thought it would find its niche.I wasn't in fact intending to try it out until one busy lunchtime in Tagaytay where most dine spots where swamped except for fastfood. Well, we were overly hungry & needed a full fix while my wife craved for local fancy hence we drove up to Robinson's summit hoping to nab somethin' and voila! Giligan's was right at the corner!I was quite impressed at how serious they took the whole Galleon ship concept w/ their vibrant interiors. Walls were fancied w/ miniature ships & pirate memorabilia while ceilings had dock ropes & sky lighting for the right feel. They have a wide rostered menu from all types of meat, seafood & veggies including a suite of group/family deals that are surprisingly reasonable. As expected, they specialize mostly on the same stuff Gerry & Dencio offer - sisig & everything grilled so we got what we usually take when dining in a usual bar & grillWe got the S2 Family deal for P1,089 good for 6 starved foodies - a good combo of Garlic chicken, Sweet Sour Fish, Pork sisig & Sinigang na Liempo... Let me tell you that everything was surprisingly delectable as I wasn't expecting much & just wanted to fill our empty tummies. The chicken was sharp garlicky, sweet sour fillet was well-balanced & melts in the mouth, sisig was well seasoned & the grilled liempo in the sinigang was an awesome harmony to the fresh crunchy leaves & beans. The deal also comes w/ drinks (Iced tea). We also got their Garlic squid & it was wicked! Loved the defined flavors & touch of spice. The Grilled liempo wasn't a standout but was a good compliment to the shindig. As a segue, it's likewise interesting to see value meals offered in a "bar & grill" setting w/ unlimited rice to boot!Overall, while my expectations were conservative, I'd say they hit the right spot. Flavors were well defined & portions were quite generous makin' them a good go to for families, huge groups or somene w/ big hunger. Service can improve, just need the wait staff to be more attentive& prompt.

My mother's favorite "pub". She loves the crunchy sisig and their barbecue. Ther food ia very affordable and their servings is appropriate for the price you pay. Definitely great for quick lunches or dinners on the way to Tagaytay.

We always go to Gilligan's for yummy Filipino foods.BBQ and Chicken are two of my favorites. Sana mas tumagal pa kayo sa industry. Keep reinventing and improving your menu.
