T'was a maundy thursday night when we ate here. Their food was really nice. The place was good. Open and is overlooking the city lights of Tagaytay, which my family really enjoyed. We ordered bulalo, calamares, grille d liempo? (I think)... We also ordered tawilis, which i hadn't taken a photo of, we had hawaiian chicken and also, leche flan for dessert. All the dishes were good, especially their bulalo! :) I weren't fully satisfied with the leche flan though... I think it kinda tastes too sweet and too much of one ingredient i can't really determine. All in all, this restaurant's a good place though, nice food and air. :)

We ate here today for early lunch (11am). The view of the taal lake in this restaurant is perfect (especially the newer part or extension of their restaurant). Their bulalo was so good. It was a big serving and it was more than enough for us (we're 5 in the family, and we had a lot of left overs). Their guyabano shake and mango shake was perfect and sweet. Their sisig was okay, nothing special. We would definitely come back to eat here.

Everytime my friends ask me where in Tagaytay it's good to eat, I always refer them to Eway's (in addition to the Mahogany eateries, of course).I really, really like their Bulalo here, and their Crispy Tawilis is also good--something to come back for. Oh, and cheaper too. Plus points for the view-- the restaurant was laid-out im such a way so that you can see a full view of the Taal Volcano, plus you can really feel the Tagaytay atmosphere.

My friend and I decided to have lunch before going back to Manila. Reason for choosing Eway's Grill:1. Accessibility. Very near to our Hotel (Tagaytay Haven Hotel).... 2. Very welcoming staff. We're not yet decided if we'll choose the place but the smile of the staff was very inviting (or maybe because am with an American- that's why they are smiling)😊😊😊. Anyways, they are all very attentive and provided fast service. 3. Food Quality. Food was served hot and also very tasty. Since there's only two of us, we ordered the grilled Pusit (medium size) cooked to perfection. The sauce was amazing. Am craving for meat since (didn't have meat due to Holy Week) so I decided to order Grilled Liempo. Meat was so tender and cooked. Even without the traditional (sawsawan) you'll enjoy it. But I love the soy sauce with calamansi so, it added to the taste. Chopsuey goes well with the Pusit and Liempo too and 2 Mango Shake... Hmmm so fresh. You can really taste the fresh mango... 😍😍😍What a great Lunch we had...

Wewent here on a Sunday morning around 10:00AM and decided to have our Brunch inthis place. The place was introduced to me by my friend which often comes toTagaytay. He said that this place is a secret gem in Tagaytay that offersalmost everything that needs to be experienced in Tagaytay. The place offers anastonishing view of the famous Taal Volcano. The place can accommodate a lot ofcustomers and they also have parking downstairs which is good. Food was verydelicious and affordable it only lacks in serving size, but nonetheless it wasstill worth it. Will definitely come back again.

actually, masarap talaga foods nila but i don't think about the service. Someone recommend this to our director and before the day nag pa reserve na kami at nag order na rin ng foods so that pagdating namin kakain nlng kmi at mag,me meeting dahil balik pa kmi sa Cavite for our duty. Every minute on the way na kmi sa resto nag u,update kami qng ready na yung foods kasi kakahiya namn sa senior nmin and 20 engineers na ksama namin, and then wala pa palang setup and foods pagdating namin.. OUCH talaga EWAYS GRILL dumating kmi before 12, about 2pm na kmi nakakain, I hope your service will be better soon sayang masarap pagkain nyo. Yan lang po salamat

Unlimited soup of Bulalo... Kare kare na masarap lalo na with alamang and Laing. Good service and best of all maganda location. Overlooking Taal.

Me and my friends (4 persons) dined here because the view of the taal lake is great! But the food is not as great as the view is, also, we waited a long time for the servers just to recognize that we are calling their attention for orders.We ordered Bulalo, as anyone else, and as tagaytay is really known for Bulalo, and a plate of tawilis at the side, we asked our server about the serving of both dishes, Bulalo and tawilis are for 3-4 persons, bulalo @ P455 and tawilis @ P175. So we ordered 1 of each and a platter of rice @ P135 that is good for 4-6 persons, when our order arrived, We got dissappointed, Bulalo is not that hot, the taste of it is the not any different of what we can get in manila, the serving is for 2 - 3 persons, price is too high for its quality and quantity. About the tawilis, 2 persons will have to fight for portions, cold when it arrived on our table, taste is not as good as we can get at other restaurants, not worth it. We asked for condiments, asked for ketchup to be partnered with tawilis(my friend eats tawilis with ketchup), they returned with soy sauce, fish sauce, and vinegar, we waited for the ketchup to arrive, it didn't. Worst of all, they have service charge even when the service is not good.In this restaurant, what you are paying for is the view, not the service and definitely not the good food.P.S. I was not able to take a picture or the food, but was able to take a picture of the view.

Food was okay and reasonable but what turned me off was the blatant way the waiters asking for additional tip. Aside from the service charge included in our bill they expect tip from us. When I was about to get the change from the caddy the waiter started making side remarks "Pinaasa Lang pla tayo". Then they started singing pinnaasa Lang pla tayo and Namamasko po. It was quite offending. I hope they trained well their staff and avoid doing this. There are a lot of restaurants in the area that are much better. ☹️
