Dined here during the Christmas season. We've heard good things about this place. But unfortunately, we got disappointed with the service. Food was delicious. It lived up to what we've heard. It was the service that made this supposedly happy out of town food trip into a not so happy one. We ordered something from their menu which was apparently not available. But we were only informed only after we have waited for almost an hour. Some of their staff were not so friendly. We understand that it was the lunch rush. But that isn't a reason for their staff to become unfriendly and kind of rude. Place and food is something to come back for. But their service is something they would need to work on.

Waiting for 1.5 hours before we got table here, nice ambience, nice place, nice weather, great food especially their pork sisig and bulalo. Everything here taste really good. They served the best sisig ever !

Sisig! Sisig! And more Sisig! Did I mention Sisig?! Yup! My got to place for sisig. I order just the sisig and mounds of rice and I am in heaven.  Their crunchy sisig really is very delicious and for me the standard for all other sisigs.

The sisig here is my top-of-the-list sisig dish. I love their sisig plain and simple. Sometimes I would let their sisig stay in the hot plate for a while and let it get burnt a bit and then that is the only time I would eat it. The burnt flavor really did it for me.

Dencio's has been around for ages. And although there are a lot more restaurants nowadays that serve really good Filipino dishes, Dencio's always seems to come to mind when I think of sisig. I love their crunchy sisig out of all their dishes here. There is just something about the taste that is definitely better then the other sisigs i have already tasted.
