It is cooked medium rare, still moist and tender and every bite is indeed pleasurable.Malibu poached pineapple carpaccio withCandied Brandy basket and coconut ice cream!!!!!!I am very very delighted with this dessert. It is home made and eating it with a little bit of everything is the secret.Thank you so much!
