The very best buko pie in Tagaytay. The buko pies are usually freshly made and constantly served warm and contains the freshest & most tender coconut meats. You can find other pastries however the buko pie is crucial try. Set it with an excellent coffee.

We were interested in this new pasalubong location that was quite huge, expecting it to end up like that other location which we found overrated. Cecilia’s buco pie didn't disappoint! Each slice got massive chunks of buco inside it and the pies had been moderately sweetened(surprise, surprise in a nation that uses two times the sugars in everything). I’m on my second slice today and this certainly is the greatest buco pie I’ve ever endured 👍🏻

It is a pasalubong center, always teeming with customers. What we generally do is purchase buco pie at the wall plug beside Diner's Restaurant (I believe the same proprietors) go sit down at diners and also have them assist the buco pie making use of their coffee. Very filing!

this place is similar to a tourist trap. the costs are exact same with balay dako. it's like they're an unhealthy edition of balay dako. the area is really a little off the street. we took the opportunity because of the visitors and we were just a little hungryalready. their bulalo isn't even delicious. the meats isn't tender. the program is poor considering there's not really that many clients. and worse, they just accept cash. they ought to let customers know beyond your resto with things such as that. it's only composed in the cashier counter that is at the trunk. don't ever do it again our mistake of heading there

We wished to try Cecilia's Buco Pie however they had currently ran from it at 1:00pm on a Thurs afternoon at their eating place and pasalubong shop situated several meters from the highway. THEREFORE I have no schedule to evaluate it with various other popularTagaytay buco pies like Rowena's and Amira's. If you want to attempt their buco pie much better buy it sooner than 1pm on a weekday or simply much previously if on a weekend break specifically with all the vacationers like us flocking to Tagaytay.and its own .environs. We settled instead for buco tarts along with other pasalubong items. Additional pasalubong products macapuno balls and banana chips prices from PHP100 up. I really believe these pasalubong products had been sourced outside Cecilia's since they didn't carry its brand. Exactly the same pasalubong items however, not the same brand (that is not Cecilia's to begin with) could be purchased cheaper at the Mahogany Marketplace dry items stalls. I cannot guarantee the product quality though because I've no basis for evaluation. The buco tartlets of Cecilia's are nicely packaged in a box. We anticipated that their buco tarts will be exactly like mini versions of these buko pie. But unfortunately, the packaging was much better than this content. The crust of the tarts had been flaky however the buco weren't that tender and the filling had not been as creamy when i expected. In reality, I believe the filling has been a bit dry when i tried a couple merely to see if the initial tart I tried had been a fluke. Furthermore, one pet peeve I've is every time a cashier asks easily have loose change, I'm disappointed, because bigger establishments (by Tagaytay standards) shouldn't ask for loose differ from their customers. Can they short shift their customers should they didn't possess loose switch? I never discovered because fortunately I had loose modification. The cashier was pleasurable though as she taken care of the items that people purchased. Although dissatisfied by the first sell away of buco pies and the therefore so taste of these buco tarts, easily would be back the area I would try purchasing their buco pie to discover if it is worth attaching their name with their product. Furthermore to try out a few of the some other pastries they had within their refrigerated glass screen. Who knows I would get fortunate this time?

For PHP325 per coconut pie, it is a "pasalubong" to giveaway. During Tagaytay, we saw several Cecilia's branches and brand-new types being built. I believed the product quality would be much better than competition and expected even more coconut inside. What we obtained was mainly hardthick (older) coconut, some tender (youthful) coconut strands and a disproportionate quantity of blob.
