The resto is ideally situated away from the busyness of Tagaytay and overall ambiance of the area is good. Foods is good even though menu isn't that extensive and a little pricey.

we visited cafe viola for lunch time on June 13, 2021. We have been seated dealing with their bar counter. While looking forward to our foods, which takes ages ahead, i and my mom-in-regulation saw a waiter blending a glass or two. Then he work with a spoon to stirand possess a flavor w/ the spoon. Then additional sweetener to the cup and use the exact same spoon to stir once again. He do it maybe once or twice to utilize the spoon to mix and taste before helping. Ewwwww! How gross!!!! Advice : Don't order beverages. Hygiene please. Administration please self-discipline your waiters, diners could easily get contaminated if your employees are sick.

Coffee was good. Meals - nothing spectacular. There have been a few IG-worthy areas in the restaurant. We were hungry thus we made a decision to dine here rather than waiting in line from the Ruined Project. Went here on the weekday afternoon and there have been very fewcustomers at that time. Service was extremely slow despite only significantly less than 5 tables occupied.

We were likely to head to another restaurant in your community, but we couldn't think it is and we finished up in this cafe. I really didn't brain discovering and checking out new places, specifically one like Voi Una, that includes a beautiful atmosphere and agood collection of food. Once we stepped into this eating place I was instantly impressed using its decors, furniture, colourful lanterns, etc. Not too bad, I thought to myself. I QUICKLY skimmed over its menus. It had an excellent collection of Italian, Spanish, Thai and Filipino dishes. My anticipations were really high, due to the fact they were very costly. It's great, I said, because you pay not merely for the meals, but also for the ambiance, as well. Well, the meals didn't disappoint, except that I came across the servings rather little. Everything could have been forgiveable, but our dining encounter was dampened by way of a handful of things. First, services was too slow. 2nd, the waiters weren't as accommodating as they must be. They were nowhere found near our desk and I got to go up many times merely to search for them and contact their interest. I asked for a supplementary fork and I acquired to require it thrice before they delivered me one. A similar thing occurred when I asked once again for the menus. The waiter helping us furthermore took forever to provide us the bill whenever we asked for this. Hayz! Ultimately, out of our dissatisfaction for this type of lousy service, we didn't leave them any suggestion. It's a pity a lovely location with good food could have such a horrible customer service. I don't believe I'd be time for this restaurant anytime soon. Besides, they will have a perennial issue making use of their parking lot. =(

Good ambiance general with wide range of Filipino, Spanish, Thai and a small amount of United states cuisine but food is definitely expensive with small helping and taste is merely ordinary. We would like to highlight how attentive, courteous and friendly their waiters are. And we weredeceived by the bottled waters in the desk haha! I believed that is their service drinking water provided the pandemic but i has been incorrect. Always ask if unsure

There are several good dishes however, not all are exemplary. The costs are method off the level for everything you get. The display is everything you pay for quite often. P700 plus for 3 small sticks of satay? Significantly, not worthwhat you purchase as the sauces aren't all that excellent and miss the tag. Enjoyed the kare-kare since it was not standard, the steamed Thai custard has been pretty bad since it seemed to have already been reheated. The papaya salad had been good and plentiful since it has been fluffed up with lots of lettuce, the phad thai had been ok. The ambiance is actually great as a whole lot were earned from Thailand so that it gave an extremely nice and quite look. We appreciated the salted caramel cheese cake quite definitely. Overall, excess amount for everything you get.

VERY DISAPPOINTED. YOU MERELY RUINED General EXPERIENCE. We were billed P55/ bottle of water that has been displayed up for grabs. It provided us the impression that it's section of their protocol to provide bottled water with their customers. They might have advised clients thatthe water isn't on the house. We're able to have ordered a espresso instead. This is a overall RIP OFF! In order to boost your sales Voi Una, BE FAIR! Don't Technique YOUR CUSTOMERS like this. P55/bottle? No problem! we are able to afford that. The main point is, WE Do not DESIRE TO SPEND ON A THING THAT WE DON'T NEED! We've bottles of drinking water in the automobile since we drove from Manila. Who ever considered that bottle of drinking water thing is really a terrible person! You ought not maintain a Hospitality Industry! The A RIP OFF!! Oh. And we have even to call the eye of ur personnel for all of us to order. And also need to go directly to the counter to contact ur staffs for all of us to find the bill. Excellent for a resto which have "additional service cost" on its bill.

Very dissatisfied with this eating place. They dont have support water uncommon for resto serving foods. Their portion sizes was enough for just one but the cost is so expensive! We were paying in charge card and was advised that it had been offline or there is nosignal. I insisted to cover in credit card given that they didn't notify us that cc had not been allowed. My hubby also requested if we're able to eat the pie that people brought along because the food had not been yer ssrved and my hubby furthermore informed them that people were diabetics. We weren't permitted to eat the pie. Never once again to dine right here and would also show friends around our experience.

Everything is merely slow, and overpriced. The food is merely plain mediocre. The meal was ultimately small. The restaurant's title is in French, but will not serve French cuisine. They however serves English, American, Filipino, Mexican, and Chinese food. The staff enables you to seatin a vintage sofa. I'm not necessarily sure what the style will be. But all I could say will be that, they failed. And yes, they will have water bottles currently obtainable in the table. Which can make you think that's free, but they'll ask you for afterwards lol. Will not click here once again. Hopefully, they change items here since that is in Tagaytay.

Came here for minute time. Got tom yang gung and phad thai noodle, kare kare beef and callos. With rice. Overall the theme of cafe was good, provider was good however the soup experienced no heat rather than sour good enough as thai soup ought to be.The others will pass. It really is quite pricey though.
