My friends and I had a late road trip to tagaytay and since most of the restos were already closed, we look for 24-hour resto and then we found bulalo capital. We rented a karaoke room and sang our hearts out while enjoying the cold winds. We ordered their famous ginataang bulalo and regular bulalo to know which one is better. After eating, we still want the regular bulalo because of the broth.

It's one of those typical nights when you just can't decide where to eat. My friends and I decided to dine here because the location was nice and it looks clean. We ordered special bulalo, fried tawilis, chopsuey, toka't baboy and sisig. Since everyone was hungry, we asked the server how long it would take for the food to arrive and he said 15 mins. True enough it came in about 15 mins. The verdict....since we came here for the bulalo I would rate this 4.5 out of 5. It was really hot and flavorful. You can ask them to refill it with hot soup again. Overall.. Flavor: 4/5 >oh believe me. You won't be disappointed.Price: 4/5 > it was really a great value for your moneyAmbiance: 3.5/5 Staff: 4.5/5 >very friendly

BULALO CAPITALTagaytay CityAnother unplanned Tagaytay Dinner Trip for the best Bulalo search. Left Malate, Manila around 10pm and arrived at Tagaytay around 11:30pm. We decided to visit the Mahogany Market where we heard the best bulalo is served and is cheaper than any other restaurants in Tagaytay. Unfortunately, the market was already closed and some of the place is being renovated. With a heavy heart we left the place and decided to go to Leslie's instead, was about to park at the place when we were adviced that the restaurant is already closed, of course it was past midnight what would we expect ahaaha? Nowhere to go, we just decided to have a little more drive and end up to this BULALO CAPITAL.So happy to find out that the place is open 24 hrs, since it was a resto bar, a live acoustic band was performing that time and beside the little stage was a liquor bar. We were given the menu and to our awe saw different kinds of Bulalo soup. But we decided to order what we are long craving for, the original bulalo soup! Original Bulalo Soup cost Php 495 good for 3-4 persons with unlimited hot soup refill. The meat was already falling off the bone, which was perfectly what we are looking for and generous amount of vegetables are included. The soup was so hot and tasty which delighted our taste buds us so much. Our week long cravings for our "putok-batok #bulalo" have been satisfied.Another "putok-batok" dish we ordered was the #CrispyPata worth Php580, unlike the last time we bought crispy pata where we only ordered bones ahaaha, generous amount of meat was attached to the bones and they are really crispy and tasty. The skin crispiness is just cooked right and the meat is not too salty, you can eat it alone or you can also make your toyo dip.Since one of my friends is named Sky, He also ordered the #SkySisig. Was served of course on a sizzling plate with egg on top and the tasty flavor would really jive with beer. (but we did not ordered any beer, we indulged ourselves with their service water ahahha)All in all the food was so fulfilling and the ambiance is so cool, maybe because of the live band too. The servers are attentive too, maybe because we are the only customers they have that night ahaaha.. So if you want to chill with good friends, good beer/liquors and great food, try this resto bar anytime of the day.
