BUFFY's supplies one of the best Carabao's Milk I've tasted. :) this is always part of our stop over place.Their milk is fresh and very creamy. Most foodies raved about the Blueberry or Strawberry Yogurt flavor, but I personally like the Chocolate flavor.They are located along the Sta.Rosa-Tagaytay road in Silang, Cavite. Don't forget to pass by Buffy's on your next trip to Tagaytay.Because milk is considered the most complete food, they thought of creating a product which could cater to all ages. They then discovered the bigger health benefits of a Carabao’s Milk without compromising the taste. And so Buffy’s was born, it offers wide range of dairy products which includes, fresh milk, flavored milk, chocolate milk, ice cream, yogurt and white cheese. We tried the Blueberry flavored milk and three ice cream flavors: ube, vanilla and chocolate. I loved everything because it was not too sweet, it was very creamy, and of course.. It's carabao's milk and they had excellent flavors! I just hope that they would train their staff to be courteous to customers. Customer sevice will always be a BIG factor of keeping customers to come back over and over again. Recent times have been good for the local cheese and dairy industry; there is interest, there is demand for products of local provenance. Match good locations, such as the Santa Rosa Rd-Tagaytay Ridge cluster with high quality yogurt, ice cream, and milk-type products like Buffy's, which makes carabao milk products(!), and you're in business. Their strawberry yogurt, sold in 1L bottles, is mildly sweet and thick with a light, almost not discernible, tang. We then tried ube, vanilla, and chocolate, and they were okay; you will taste the carabao milk most in the ube flavor. The yogurt is the winning product.They also happen to have some pasalubong products from the Bicol area; what stood out for me the most were their pili nut products from Sorsogon. I'm also writing this review also to comment about my first visit with friends. There was a wet spot on their tiled floor that had not been marked properly with the usual yellow sign, and that caused my friend to make a nasty spill. The next day, he had bruises and a sore hamstring muscle. When it happened, it took several minutes for him to get up, and I'm sorry to say that the staff, including their manager, just looked on. They didn't run to help, ask how he was, or even apologize. I suppose they just froze.It was a sorry experience. They need to do better when a customer gets hurt on their premises. Well. Give this place a try; don't forget to bring a cooler so the stuff gets safely home.

This another wonderful place to drop by before going home from Tagaytay. Their milk is made form 100% Buffalo Milk. It is near a gasoline station so your won’t miss it. Beside it is another pasalubong spot in Tagaytay. Their ice cream were really good. All flavors tastes well and very creamy.It depends on your taste really but for me I can eat all their ice creams all day.
