Still here as I’m writing this. Absolutely terrible management. 50 min wait for poor service, over priced food that isn't complete. Staff isnt even updated on whats available. They accepted my order of a sandwich with fries. Served it with fruits. Said fries would follow. Then served me chips. No potatoes were available for fries. Apparently. Which they KNEW before punching my order. Then decided it was OK not to serve me what I was paying for. When I spoke to the manager, he didnt know how to handle the situation - I asked, “why yould your team allow me to order something and expect something - WAITING FOR 20 min, mind you - and not tell me it was unavailable?” Sorry was all I got. And a question of “what do you want me to do?” Um?! Shouldnt HE be telling me what he’ll do to manage the situation?? He’s the manager. Then, miraculously, he was able to find potatoes and make fries.... my experience was so awful that I couldnt even eat my food. I had it wrapped and asked for the bill immediately. They charged me full price for an incomplete meal, which was sub-par, by the way. Their cereal cordon bleu sandwich is nothing special. Of all the Antonio’s restaurants, this is the worst. Balay is the only one that meets expectations. Never, ever, coming back here again. Who makes people wait 1 hour and then the experience is that shitty? The manager had nothing to say but sorry haha.

The food was 50/50 some were ok, some were just not really good haha for the price, it is a total let down. The Rösti was to my liking- just the right amount of crisp and it was not soggy. The servings were enough for our us and looking back, this was one of the best dates I’ve had so far because of the food, ambiance, and company 🥰

Food was great. Worth every penny. Other than the serving time for some foods and takeouts everything was great. The staff are courteous and friendly.

The service is really, really SLOW.Serving sizes and food quality does not give justice to their price. We followed-up 3 times before we got our remaining orders and twice more for our bill. When our bill arrived 30 minutes later, we were charged on the receipt with some item we didn't received as we were informed that it was unavailable. They returned our bill to the cashier and took another 15 mins. Why let us wait for so long but end up giving wrong checks to diners?The breakfast quality was also underwhelming, I was expecting some good quality breakfast especially for their price range but I am dissatisfied.Other Antonio's restaurants are not like this, better go to somewhere else.

Loved the ambiance and the food. Breakfast at Antonio's rarely disappoints. The only downside of our experience was our waitress. She seemed to not know the dishes very well. For example, when asked what kind of bread is used in the vegetable sandwich, she unfortunately didn't know and then took 5 minutes to get back to us. Our waitress also didn't use a piece of paper to take our orders, so we weren't served 2 (out of 5) dishes that we ordered, because she forgot to place them. It was a bit of a bother as we waited an extra 15 minutes for the missing 2 dishes to arrive.

Loved the food but hated the SUPER slow service. It took us 3 follow ups (30 minutes) just to get our dessert :( and 2 follow ups to get our take out. It’s disappointing because it’s not even peak meal hours. We arrived at 2:30PM…. Then they charge you service charge of 170php….

Overall great experience! Food was great, the waiting time was reasonable since we arrived during the lunch hour rush. Portions were really big, filled us up until dinner. Suggest to order one plate per person.Ambience - it feels like a lake house retreatRegarding price - it was worth the experience, but you could get the same or close to the same taste at different restos for a much cheaper price. If it’s your first time - go for it 100%!If it’s not - come back for your favorites or their bakery because it really is good.

Went on monday after lunch it was very bad experience because of the following:- floor was very shaky. You can literally feel the footsteps of everyone while eating- staff was not very helpful did not even offer to sit inside to wait - food for the price isn’t that goodOverall would not recommend to eat here. Should try other restos of Antonios just not this one.
