Still here as I’m writing this. Absolutely terrible management. 50 min wait for poor service, over priced food that isn't complete. Staff isnt even updated on whats available. They accepted my order of a sandwich with fries. Served it with fruits. Said fries would follow. Then served me chips. No potatoes were available for fries. Apparently. Which they KNEW before punching my order. Then decided it was OK not to serve me what I was paying for. When I spoke to the manager, he didnt know how to handle the situation - I asked, “why yould your team allow me to order something and expect something - WAITING FOR 20 min, mind you - and not tell me it was unavailable?” Sorry was all I got. And a question of “what do you want me to do?” Um?! Shouldnt HE be telling me what he’ll do to manage the situation?? He’s the manager. Then, miraculously, he was able to find potatoes and make fries.... my experience was so awful that I couldnt even eat my food. I had it wrapped and asked for the bill immediately. They charged me full price for an incomplete meal, which was sub-par, by the way. Their cereal cordon bleu sandwich is nothing special. Of all the Antonio’s restaurants, this is the worst. Balay is the only one that meets expectations. Never, ever, coming back here again. Who makes people wait 1 hour and then the experience is that shitty? The manager had nothing to say but sorry haha.

The food was 50/50 some were ok, some were just not really good haha for the price, it is a total let down. Food took longer to serve, but it's cos of the pizza we ordered which the staff decided to all serve at once.The chips was mehThe smoked salmon eggs ben was goodThe pizza was goodThe pork ribs was meh
