Bali Paluto Restaurant.Listed below are my assessment of our dining experience:01 Welcoming and greeting of guests.We were welcome with a smile and guide us on our table.02 Tables, chairs and ambiance.It's a handicrafts types of furniture, the ambiance was nice, fresh air.03 Toilet.The toilet was clean, it was native type which blends well with the ambiance. The water was clean and they provide bath soap.04 Taking of orders.Service staff was polite and knowledgeable, we ordered the set of assorted grilled food.05 Serving of orders.The staff served the food based on sequence, he was kind enough to give us free plain hot soup.While dining, there was a fly, the waiter was kind enough to light a tea candle and placed it on our table.06 Taste, presentation of food.The taste and presentation of the food was nice, we enjoyed the grilled mussels, fish, squid, chicken with eggplant and mango salad.We enjoyed our food with their condiments and fresh chili.07 Billing and Bidding goodbye.The prices of their menu was reasonable, they don't have service charge.The service staff thanked us for dining.08 Overall impressions.It was a nice dining experience.Recommendation:I am willing to recommend this Restaurant and I will definitely come back.

The place might be simple outside but the interior inside will let you have a glimpse of Bali. There are lots of choices where do you want to seat/eat and enjoy it. We also noticed karaoke rooms. Very nice place.Staff were very accommodating. They were all smiles before and after our meal. They were also very attentive which I like in a restaurant.Their menu were mouth watering. I personally like seafood and I have enjoyed the food very much.Suggestion: Please maintain the cleanliness by removing or cleaning some lizard poop on the white sheets above. Some of it can fall into your costumers food when the wind blows hard. Thank you!
