Our search for the very best restaurant in Tacloban continues and I must say Desire Cafe is really a serious contender. There is a wide range of spirits, cocktails, whiskeys and wines and the Menu options should suit every flavor. We shared a bowl of breaded kingprawns to begin with i quickly had chicken filled with ham and cheese while my companion attempted the steak. All had been excellent. EASILY had a little criticsm it might be that the poultry stuffing was a little dried out - I expected something even more creamy. We shared a fruit salad and the bill found a very affordable PHP1400 which includes a mango shake, gin & tonic and one glass of wine.

This restaurant will probably be worth your penny. Whenever I'm in Tacloban, my buddies and I always go out in this location. Wifi speed will be commendable, and the meals also tastes great. Meals is costly, but it's gooooood.
