We had this type of nice lunch time at Feliza. To begin with, the decoration is incredible with many historical information. It certainly makes you travel back in its history, while sensation so cosy! The food was tasty and fresh, extremely nicely presented. The menus was interesting to learn,as all of the traditional meals were explained (best for us foreigners). They also had some vegetarian choices, which is so uncommon in the Philippines ! To conclude: this is my best meal undoubtedly in fourteen days in the Philippines :)

Your visit to Taal will not be complete without eating at Feliza Taverna y Cafe. The area is quite cozy with so a lot history. I really like that the super pleasant staff would offer you a tour round the home while looking forward to your meal to beserved. Its fine to brush through to your history occasionally... My personal favourite may be the Una Preferred del Fraile... it's simply mighty tasty! a few of the food on their menus is okay, but i must say i really really fell deeply in love with their chocolate cake...Extremely!!! and don't forget to use their Rico's tsokolate - eh....

We decided to go to Taal Heritage city for lunch time and tried this eating place. It is located simply at as you get into the city. Parking is on the street while watching restaurant and demands timing to obtain in and out since it isa main road. It is a vintage home (about 100 yrs easily remember properly) and is currently utilized as a B&B. The cafe is little, quaint and provides you a really feel of life in the times of old. Among the receptionist provided us a guided trip of the home while we waited for the meals. The food is great. Pricey for the positioning. I believe it's the fine dining eating place in your community. Prices range between over P150 to P400. Servings are just good for one individual, not really for sharing. We attempted the hot choco plus some pastries aswell. The chocolates are great but I had not been amazed with the sans rival. Yes I wouldn't brain having meals there again. Greatest though to reserve in the event that you plan to proceed during peak hours. This is a very small restaurant.

The decor really was nice and brought you back again to days gone by. The waiter graciously had taken our order and offered us a visit of the two- storey cafe and eating place. The meals itself was only average with slightly small servings. Dessert was another issue- the suman trio and the chocolate cake had been amazing and worth returning! We'd problem parking because they didn't assist us recreation area on the great deal they normally allow visitors to park. My hubby had to bypass several blocks and recreation area some 600 meters aside and walk back again to the cafe. They said merely to recreation area on the curb but we'd have already been causing traffic across the Main Street. General, our experience was 6.5/10

it's like dining within your grandmother's house. We had pasta, it wasn't great, it wasn't bad either. But I liked the ambiance, reminded me of my grandmother's house, because the entire cafe displayed plenty of 19th century stuff. Ensure that you ask authorization tocheck out their areas right above the restaurant. An ideal B&B in the historic town of Taal.

Comes with an old Spanish really feel and what's really nice will be they offer a trip of the home while you await the food. The home had a solid Spanish history with relations to the mason society of the first 1900s also to President Aguinaldo.Meals, however, is mediocre (typical) at best.

Dining within Feliza Taverna Y Cafe had been this type of wonderful experience since there is so much background in the eating place and in the meals they serve. It had been like going to your grandmother's home in the province throughout a special event where all the exclusive heirloomdishes were prepared. In line with the meals we ordered, I understood that there is so much effort and time that was placed into every one of them. No question each dish was wealthy and each bite has been a burst of taste. The best was their bestseller La Preferred del Fraile (P375), a Spanish beef dish that has been marinated in burgandy or merlot wine and spices. It will need to have taken times of steeping in the marinade for the tastes to penetrate and hrs of slow food preparation for the meats to be therefore tender. The Poultry Relleno circa 1940s with Salsa Monja (P300) was furthermore a pleasant dish. This roasted poultry dish filled with chorizo, ham, quezo de bola, and dried fresh fruits took two times to prepare but is only going to consider you a few momemts to finish since it was soooo great. The Sinaing na Tulingan that was cooked the traditional method in kamias was furthermore a must-try. All of the dishes was included with diced potatoes. The poultry relleno also was included with beans as the other two dishes furthermore got salad with a yummy dressing. During our check out, it was this type of pleasure meeting and speaking with chef Giney Villar. What produced my visit a lot more particular was that she individually gave us a visit of their beautiful mattress and breakfast along Calle Felipe Agoncillo in Taal, Batangas. Apart from the dining region in the bottom floor, there is also an open atmosphere balcony where clients can dine, and two air-conditioned rooms for individuals who wish to remain for a evening or two. Everywhere were antique parts, memorabilia, and images of Feliza Diokno, personal secretary to previous president Emilio Aguinaldo, and previous owner of the house. In another of our conversations, she said that during the past, creating a house like Feliza's took quite a long time to perform because roads nevertheless weren't great, transporting wood was challenging and ageing the wood took years to perform. Relating it to the laundry I ate, I noticed that having something great really requires a long time occasionally nonetheless it will last quite a long time. I am so pleased with this new discover and will definitely get back to try their other meals.

I actually actually enjoyed the trip greater than the food. I'm not just a desserts individual but I liked the chocolate and orange cakes. The coffee can be good. The staff is effective and the owners should us round the place and toldus the stories they uncovered while these were developing the area. I furthermore enjoyed taking photos just about everywhere and also the neighboring homes from the next floor.

When in Taal, needless to say you need to try their famous Tapang Taal. At Feliza, they didn't disappoint. We also purchased their Infused Iced Tea that was a perfect complement to our dinner and a welcome deal with from the heat. We were alsogiven a visit of these B&B at the next floor. We would want to stay here the next time around. A good spot to recommend to friends visiting this section of Batangas.
