Another gastronomic experience within Surigao..this time around I've sampled the very best chicken inasal that place provides..no fancy sauce..simply the juiciest bbq directly into your plate..taste is indeed simple ( the hint of lemon grass,coco vinegar and ginger )...every bite is satisfying to the palate..don'tmiss their isol/isoy apart from paa,and Pecho..become here earlier if you need to be seated quickly because you arrived...the area is small and there is a lengthy cue waiting outside...cost effective for money..will eat right here when I travel back again to Surigao!
