I read online among things to absolutely attempt in Siquijor was pan de Bisaya, therefore i stopped here with my boyfriend while on offer the island. I must point out it had been delicious and apparently this is actually the only place rendering it, when i askedin other shops for bread filled up with coconut without success! It isn't expensive at all and you will do take away needless to say! Best eaten when simply baked but still warm!
