This restaurant was recommended by my wife's friend. She ate there and adored it. She delivered me there and I cherished it. I was skeptical since it is promoted as Japanese attractiveness hot pot - collagen poultry. At first, you're served with abowl using what appears to be an amorphous whitened jelly and it is put into a scorching pot. When it melts, you're given a little cup to flavor the broth. Wow, tasty! The rest of the ingredients are added - veggies, chicken pieces, ground poultry. After it really is all consumed, prawns are usually added! Wow!
