We opted here for lunch time. Considering that it was lunchtime, we expected the chance of slow service. Yet, in the switch of events it had been much even worse than we anticipated. The cashier where we ordered food, appeared as if she wasn't pleased with her job(No biggie, she will need to have burned out). Up coming we waited 30 mins for foods in a "junk food" joint. I implemented this around three employee: worker A, examined with kitchen area didn't give us suggestions. Employee B, the "Supervisor" asked us to hold back.. again no feedback. Worker C, "the energetic trainee".. really did something and discovered that the waiting around no. didn't tie upward with the purchase no. and our order was positioned on "take-out" despite to be dine-in. He told worker A, what happend and worker A reponded negatively and argued with him before us. I experienced to intervine and informed them to simply get our orders assist instantly. they placed the laundry in eliminate plates along with porcelain plates. The soda had been furthermore dilluted by the melted ice. I questioned the soda to become replaced, they required it returned after 5 mins. nevertheless a similar thing. I really was upset I got to speak to the supervisor. I asked among the staff to contact the supervisor.. he inquired me what the thing is, I informed him I simply wanted to speak to the manager.. once again he requested why.. I said a similar thing and over and over... until I in fact called the supervisor myself .. I informed how bad it had been.. she stated sorry.. and thats it.. therefore thats our knowledge at Greenwhich, Robinson's Mall, Santiago City, Isabela.
