Very good Filipino food at affordable prices. Pasalubong items also abound but they are a bit pricey. Good ambiance. Most people will think it's a "carinderia" but the place is actually decent.

This for me is just an okay place. They are cafeteria style but their prices are for sit down. Found the quality and taste of food as just OK, nothing special.

They serve delicious bulalo. No need to drive all the way to Tagaytay to get one. Carinderia style restaurant. Place is clean and spacious. Good selection of food choices. Would definitely eat here again.

They have a huge selection of Filipino dishes at a very affordable price. The place was cafeteria style but you still get the restaurant kind of service. Good for team lunches and other gatherings. Service is fast and the food is delicious. The ambiance of the establishment was very homey and the servers attend to your needs on the dot. Definitely worth your money.

Located just along Sta. Rosa Tagaytay road, Rose and Grace is your glorified "turo-turo" restaurant. I was able to try this place during one of my work related visit in the area.Ambiance- 3/5The place is quite big and was packed during our visit. You can see their cooked dishes immediately once you enter the restaurant. Design of the place is very simple.Food- 3/5Our group ordered their grilled tuna and chopsuey. Taste of both dishes were just so so.Value-2/5Our bill was around P750++ for just the tuna and the chopsuey. Chopsuey was I think at around P275 which is too expensive considering its just vegetables and bits of meat.

If you want genuine, tasty Pinoy dishes, look no further than Rose & Grace Restaurant. It is, in my Mom’s words, “An institution in Filipino cuisine.” Even she remembers her family eating their when they were young. This tradition has been passed on to us. Whenever we visit or come back from the province, our relatives always stop by Rose & Grace for a yummy meal before continuing the trip. I remember being there a handful of times and its always their delicious food that makes me fondly remember my childhood. It may be a trip to the road less travelled, but it’s worth it. You might even find your family coming back as often as you can. I know we will.

Bulalo couldn't get any better when you're at this place. It was just super tasty and delicious. Even lacking the marrow, the beef was super succulent and the broth was amazing. The grilled tuna was also worth ordering. Juicy and tender. Other amazing dishes we ordered were the dinuguan, Batangas lomi, pork sisig, and longganisa. All my balikbayan relatives enjoyed the food so much.

With a variety of Filipino lutong bahay delicacies to choose from, this place is a good choice when dining with family or friends any time of the day.

We would usually see Rose and Grace whenever we pass by Sta. Rosa-Tagaytay Road, but we thought it was a fancy restaurant so we didn't bother to come in. Until recently.Turned out it was just like any "turo-turo" eatery, only with more elegant interiors that evoked old Filipino architecture.Everything was fast and easy. As soon as we chose our table, the plates were being laid out there immediately. We ordered Bulalo with vegetables (₱460) and rice. Our orders were served fast.It was more like nilagang baka because we didn't have the bulalo itself (the bone marrow), but it was so delicious! The soup was flavorful already but since I wanted something more to tickle my taste buds, I added my own serving with bulalo's classic partner -- a condiment of fish sauce (patis) with kalamansi.Aside from the big serving bowl of bulalo, we also had smaller bowls of the beef broth -- panghigop ba.The beef was super tender, even the tendon! Their bulalo was the best! Even better than those we had in Tagaytay. And cheaper too.Rose and Grace had a canteen-like setting. Much of their food was already displayed at the counter so you will be able to look at and choose. They also sold pasalubongs, both local and imported stuff. They were openly displayed at the dining area.Fast service, great bulalo. Fine ambiance, to boot. 👍
