Friendly staff, food is the usual that you will expect from Racks. This branch has a spacious interior compared to their other branches (most of the restaurants in the South are bigger than their Manila counterparts). What I loved the most is their carbonara plus the fish and chips!

For me Rack's Restaurant's Baby Back ribs is the best Baby back ribs in the whole Sta Rosa. The tender juicy goodness of their mouth-watering Baby Back ribs makes me go back for more. Irresistible indeed! I swear, I could drink their signature regular sauce! I must Say their Staff are really good and Friendly Especially Arvin, He is so Nice and Helpful, He even recommend some crowd pleasing foods that they have. and the manager, Mr. Ian Balaaldia he is so kind and Friendly.

Lovely staff. Cha was very accommodating and professional and courteous. As always Racks nver fails to satisfy hungry tummies. We had some of their blue plate weekday specials ... thought we were going to get tiny servings but the portions were huge.

Food is amazing as usual, but the experience was made better with the service. The staff was very friendly and super accommodating! Shoutout to Ms. Cha and their duty manager. Will def come back!!
