I really love Pizza Hut. Especially those Stuffed Crust Pizza. What I always believe is that the quality of food and service always depends on what branch you were eating. So I can't promise myself never to eat again in Pizza Hut. Though technically, when you franchised something all good qualities should be retained.Pizza Hut Santa Rosa Laguna Branch RatingAmbiance - 🌟🌟🌟it was OK actually But it will be better if they will repair their aircon. They could improve the cleanliness.Food - 🌟🌟It really sucks. Watery Pasta, Over baked and almost no toppings Pizza, salty and old fried chicken and etc.Service - 🌟Staffs are not friendly and accommodating. As much as possible they don't want to entertain any requests from their customer, avoiding eye contact and turning deaf.

Terrible service.We had a better experience in the same place just last year. Not to mention it was a full house then. But our recent visit? There was only what, like 5? 6 tables to serve? And yet we still received poor service. It couldn't have gone worse, save the food (thank God for the food).We were guided onto our seats quickly, yes. But after spending 5 minutes browsing through their menu, we waited ~15 more minutes just to get a staff's attention to place our order. And during those full 15 minutes, not a single one passes anywhere near our table! The "barker" at their entrance must've noticed us trying to catch a server's eye. He rushed in and took our order (finally).Serving time - not so good. They didn't tell us the expected time the food will be served. And it felt a little over 20 minutes. I even went up the counter to follow up on our order a few minutes before the food arrived.Then came another disappointment - they served us the wrong pizza size. We ordered the Personal 6". And they gave us a regular 9", forcing us to pay more. We had no idea how big the pizza should look like, and with a difference of just 3 inches? C'mon. We just dug in as soon as the food came in.Two slices down, our server approached us to apologize and inform us that he wrote down "regular" instead of "personal". Really? You tell us NOW? Now that we already took a couple of bites and we have no choice but to pay for it?We just let it all pass. We still got our food anyway. The chicken, pizza, and crab salad roll were perfectly fine. And that's why I'll give them a 1.5. If not for the food, I would have pulled that rating all the way down to a 1.

I love pizza hut. I’ve been a fan of the pizza house since I am a teen. But lately the restaurant has been giving low service. I seldom complain but this one is not to be let off. I order for my family a family size pan lasagna and 6pcs wings ala carte together with the group pizza and some more for my kids and siblings family. We waited about 15 20 minutes for my order. We were so hungry that i gave my kids the lasagna immediately as soon as It came in. Little did I know that when I eat it its as cold as a leftover food from the counter top after defrosting it. It goes the same with the wings we order which was already put back and reheated after my brother in law took a bite and realised its cold too. I do not know why or what happened but wished we never have went to pizza hut and just ate in Shakey’s considering they are of the same style. But with the bar on whose service is provided best. Pizza hut has been left behind. Hope management will look into these feedback from customers because when we complain we were just apologised too once from the chicken but then it happened again with the lasagna. We ended up not eating the dish and just stick with the pizza hoping it did not have anything in it. We decided we will not eat in any pizza hut establishment after this incident.
