Today is a weekday 3pm. Not much customers since its not peak hours but our order of halo halo hasn't arrived. 30 mins and counting. Not sure what's the delay. Better they not advertise or put it on table toppers.

Food is great, just what my Filipino tastebuds are looking for. Hahaha generous servings too for the price. But everytime I go to a Kuya J restaurant, a staff would accidentally break either glasses or plates. lol Kitchen doesn't look so nice in a closer view, counter can be real messy at times.

Been wanting to try their Crispy Pata, I finally did. Visited this restaurant on a public holiday and was disappointed to see that there were only 4 waiting staff to accommodate a fully-packed establishment which affected the service greatly. We were the 1st customers there at 11am, and the lavatory was already filthy. The food was sub-standard, nothing special: crispy shrimps were hard to chew, garlic rice was oily, adobo sa mangga & pochero bulalo were ok but the Crispy Pata was perfectly cooked :)

Food is great. Service is extremely bad. Not once. Not twice. Thrice that I've been here.Refrain from eating dinner here during weekends as everything from the menu is not offered already. You might get disappointed because almost 60% of their best sellers are sold out already at 8PM.Tokwa't baboy is different from the typical with fresh onions. It doesn't have any.Kare-kareng bagnet is great.Garlic rice. Uh uh.Sizzling pork chop (not sure what it's exactly called) is just fine. Bistek style which I did not find appetizing. In my opinion, it's too bland.Chopseuy is ok.Buko shake is too sweet.Mango shake is fine.Bangus sinigang is good. Just a little salty.
