Waiting for a quarter-hour for a table isn't the norm of this type, so expectations were high Sadly the wait staff cant count 10 people = 10 drinks not really 16, we certainly got somebody else's order. The meals came out reasonably rapidly but qualitywas typical. It had been an out door region and smokers paradise, for non smokers no choices. There is a band that have been quite OK. May 3 2018 lunchtime, kumain kami sa branch na to sa SM Sta Rosa. Nag purchase ako ng garlic fried squid at grilled salmon. Nung iseserve na ung meals dumating ung sinigang na salmon. After that sabi ko sa crew grilled yung purchase ko. Thenbinawi nya ung sinigang at sabi nya ay mali lang daw ung nailabas. After that after 5 mins ayun miracle, grilled na yung salmon na una nang sinigang! Ndi na lang kami tinanong kung okay na lang na sinigang kasi nagkamali sya ng pinaluto! Inihain samin ung malambot na salmon!

The staff and crew in this cafe is very poor when it comes to service and the grade of food can be as terrible..... They also have staff not really wearing a shirt in the kitchen. This eating place branch is quite poorly managed. I likewise have experienceeating in other Giligan's branches like in Vista mall and Event mall however the services and foods there is great.

First time We ordered from Gilligan's thru grab, so when I saw the meals, just what a disappointment. The seafood is so little and just a couple parts in the sinigang na miso.
