I’ve been to Cafe Seoul Hwa a number of times and I love the ambiance in there. I go there for different reasons like to study or to simply get dessert and I love it every time. My personal favorite is their mocha bingsu with cheesecake cubes and coffee ice cream ( I forgot it’s title, I don’t think it’s a regular item in their menu). I also enjoy their Caramel Café Mocha. Their service is pretty good and consistent.

All good!! Service, food, ambience. Just wish they would expand their menu and more cozy seats because it would be perfect. Staffs are also nice and do suggestive selling

My favorite dessert place eveeeer. I freakin love the tate of their bingsu, it can never go wrong. No matter what flavor you order, you can always expect it to be good. I only wish they have all the flavor on their menu ( IM LOOKING AT YOU, MATCHA.)

Appearance is very nice and taste of the bing su will really make you dig more and eat to your fullest. They also offered other dish like dduk bok gi/ rice cake dessert, chicken, sandwich, etc.

Over priced and overhyped.It’s a self service restaurant. You go to the counter to pay. For the price I would have preferred if someone took my order. Service was good. Staff was friendly and attentive.The shaved ice thingy was too sweet. I went there with my family and we tried several from their menu. It would be good to share and order because the serving is large. Taste is ok. I don’t think it matches the price though.
