😚FOLLOW threelittlebites AT website AND IG😚FOODFORTHOUGHT:🍉 Chirashi moriawase🍉Tempura GoldThe sashimi is surprisingly fresh. However, the sushi rice is too sweet for my preference. Their tempura is five-star, reminiscent of the traditional tempura recipe with flaky deep fried batter that is both crispy and light.REALFEELS:The place is pretty secluded in the 3rd floor It is supposed to provide a modern dining vibe but due to poor lighting and lazy ambiance, it feels like the place has gone past its peak. The servers are alert and accommodating still.PURSEPOWER: Reasonably priced and leaning towards being affordable rather than fancy. The chirashi and tempura are at around PhP500 each and good for sharing.BROWNIEPOINTS: Get the tempura bento box for PhP 560 and you get to taste a little ofntheir best sellers in one hefty bento serving.

Yumi is a cozy japanese place above the cinema. went there cause i was craving for japanese food (as usual 😬). I ordered their la vegas seared tuna as appetizer. For the main course, try the steak and foie gras teppan. The dish can be a bit pricey but its really good!

I love their sampler. Please try the soft shell crab tempura. Only few japanese restaurants offer this. It is really really good. The dragon roll is also good. Their tori teriyaki is soooooo good. If you are going to eat here, ask for their service tea. So sarap!

Although the food was tasty, it was sadly overshadowed by the highly incompetent staff. Not only was the service extremely slow, they were also supremely inefficient. We had to ask for iced water 5 times and still it did not arrive. One member of our table had to get up herself and get all 5 of us glasses of water (this is not a self-service restaurant). What's more is that after having served a few rolls, they didnt even realize that not everyone at the table had chopsticks or plates. EVEN THOUGH WE KEPT ASKING FOR THEM. One person at our table was left without a plate throughout the entire meal. The waitresses always seemed spaced-out and and the comprehension was very slow.

Been here twice the ambience is very cozy and very Jap😊. But the food isn't worth the price. Their ramen wasn't that good coz I expected a perfectly cooked tamago (Which would be the best for Ramen) but it only comes with two quail eggs and the noodles we're too heavy for my stomach to handle. Their desserts are very satisfying and highly recommended (though it's pricey). And the wagyu was superb! 🤤

2nd time here. Food is great. A bit pricey than your usual Jap Resto. Place can use a little renovation but other than that, good Jap place while in Greenhills.

Went to the Resto at around 8pm-9pm and thought that the place was closed since there were no customers at that time. The servers were very accommodating and was patient enough to wait for our final orders. We were given drinks and small appetizers while we were still picking on what to order.Food ordered:1. Tantanmen Ramen- Has a small kick of spicyness and the overall flavor is just right - Not too salty. Though i think it was lacking a bit of presentation and the soup was overflowing. 2. Buta Miso Ramen- Not too sure how this is different with eating an ordinary Shio Ramen but it still tastes good. Though my friend was a bit concerned on the meat since it was a bit sour.3. California Maki with Flying Fish Roe- This was served just after a few minutes we finished ordering our food. Just your typical california maki but the size is bigger than what i was expecting. Nonetheless, cravings were satisfied 💯The ramen has a serving that is good for 1-2 persons. Will definitely go back to try out some of their desserts 😊

The last time we went there was in 2016. So we have forgotten our experience, we remembered yesterday why we haven’t gone back to Yumi. Serving size was small for the price and the food was just ok. Tori Teriyakidon (Php 255) Tantanmen Ramen (Php 375)
