Food was delicious but the service was not good. Servers are not attentive to the needs of guest they don't know if all of the orders are already served. You also need to ask 4 times before the service water to be served. We didn't see a smile and a warm welcome from them. They need to be retrained for improvement.

Ordered their bestselling (according to the wait staff) Salpicao Medallion. It was alright, not too good nor too bad. I find it bland actually but a little salt could fix it. I like that you could further cook the steak to your preferred doneness via the stone plate. However, I suggest to please put the rice somewhere else and not over the stone plate as it literally toasted mine. The rice will be as hard as palay if you don't remove right away. Hahaha! Will I return? Not anytime soon I won't.

This resto used to serve good food, i was very disappointed with my whole dining experience and will never be back! They use very old oil to fry and it smells so bad. I ordered the torch signature rolls and the crab stick they used were the cheap ones that tasted like fish balls. Steak medallion salpicao that was supposed to be their best seller was served rare. Not medium rare, but rare! I also dont understand why they plate the rice on top of the elevated stone plate. Just doesnt make sense.Lastly; and i just have to mention this, the comfort room needs a major revamp. I do not want to go into details anymore. It was overall an aweful dining experience and I won’t be back.

My friends and I decided to have a breakfast get together and I was surprised that Torch Greenhills is open even for breakfast that Sunday. I ordered the Volcano roll which satisfied my sushi and cheese cravings at the same time. We also ordered their Philly Cheesesteak pizza and for me it was just so-so. We were 3 tables all in all. 1 table for the boys, 1 table for the girls and another table for the kids. One thing that irritated me a little was that the order for each table was mixed up and the waiters did not know what table ordered what, even if we ordered separately. When a certain dish was ready to be served, they would go round asking each table who ordered that particular dish and I personally was asked 3-4 separate times for a dish that I have no idea who ordered. I just found it weird and it disrupted our conversation quite a few times which I felt could have been avoided.

This is my favorite to go to branch whether to go eat or to have some drinks. I've been a regular customer because we live so close to this branch. My family and I like to have breakfast here and this is where bring my friends to drink. What I like about this is they always update their menu and ambiance from time to time.Food - ☆☆☆☆☆ 5/5We always order the different types of pizza and the sushi. They're all good! Especially the Philly Cheesesteak Pizza. Thin crust, so you taste a lot of the other flavors and toppings.Service - ☆☆☆☆☆ 5/5The waiters are nice and always accommodating. As well as the security guard who helps my grandmother when she needs help in parking.Ambiance - ☆☆☆☆ 4/5I feel like they lack lighting at times. But this doesn't hinder the fact that it makes the food look good. Also the place is not cramped up, there's an easy flow of foot traffic.

Menu is a mix of japanese, italian, tex mex, and american. Ordered the popcorn shrimp (15pcs good value), 4 cheese pizza (good for sharing, lots of cheese), chicken fingers (just ok), and beef tenderloin (could use salt and pepper but good size and tenderness for the price).

Very disappointing that they took out the unli fried salty spaghetti sticks as they were the best part of going to torch. Food’s still a-ok. But that one time i tried their tacos, the shells were stiff as hell!! I had to use my molars to bite off the shell!!! Torch pls change hour recipe for the taco shells!

Waiter said that it was being cook already . 845pm still no food. We waited in vain . 9pm. Food came out not even hot .
