BAD CUSTOMER SERVICEwe ordered 10 halohalo and Patricia, who answered the phone, said they will deliver in 30 minutes. 30 minutes came and went and we have been calling the outlet but no one was answering for 15 minutes. We finally decided to go to the outlet and see what the problem was. Our order was there on the counter, and Patricia and the manager said they were busy and too busy to answer the phone! The restaurant was less than 50% occupied because this was at 1:30 pm. We decided not to get our order because of the TERRIBLE service! The best revenge of a customer is not to buy. Think twice before you patronize this outlet. You will just get upset and suffer the lousy service. If i can only give a rating of -5, i will.

Never order the ensaymada. You will be so upset! Any pandesal from any bakery corner is so much better and costs much less than 60 pesos. Stay with the halo halo.

Is it summer already? You know it’s time for Razon’s halo halo! If you still havent tried, what is unique about them is their super fine ice, which makes this cold dessert all the more better to enjoy! they also serve other merienda and lunch items too, altjough for me no match for the standard set by their halo halo! #musttry Razons

Their Halo- halo is my favorite at razon’s. I guess because of the fine texture of their ice used in the halo halo. There is nothing unique in the taste but people love it

Razon's Halo Halo. Something you can't resist. It was extra delicious yesterday. So love it as it was a treat from our unica hija. 3 stars for now. Will be back to try their rice meals.#HappyTummy

When it comes to creamy & flavorful halo-halo...this is the place to be..aside from uts distict taste (cara milk is their creamer), you can also feast on their native all time Guagua dishes and delicacies..their dinuguan w/ puto is a fave too along with their noodle meals☺

Since my mom and I was bored, we opted to try Razon's Halo-Halo since we always pass by their restaurant. Mom was craving for Palabok that time and so, we ordered one with Puto. I didn't want anything to eat then but of course, being famous for their Halo-Halo, I ordered two for us.I loved how their shaved ice's very soft and has its own flavor. Topped with Leche Flan, its like you don't need to put other ingredients to the dessert! Very creamy and not that sweet, very refreshing and I just love how milky it is.The place is a but small but since customers would go their Halo-Halo only, they need not to stay longer. Price for their Halo-Halo is affordable too.

Their longsilog wa pretty delicious. It had all the right flavors and then some. The highlight came when I ordered dessert and got their halo halo. I love how simple it was but at the same time it was oozing with flavors!

The OIC "Wendy" who apparently mans the phone for their delivery is inefficient and clearly is not qualified in her line of work.  We have been long patrons of this branch and we were disappointed that she intentionally tried to lie to us on why our order was an hour and a half late.  While on the phone (she obviously had forgotten to mute or at least cover the receiver) we can hear her say "Gawin niyo na yan at sasabihin ko nalang na nasiraan ung magdedeliver na motor."  When we reprimanded her about this she justified her actions by explaining to us how busy they were.  I hope this is not the kind of service faithful customers ought to expect at RAZON's.  Will never try this branch again.

I’m afraid I’m quite limited in terms of what I know because I only come here for the halo-halo. It’s something that’s worth going back for though. The ice that they use is so fine that it melts in your mouth. And the other ingredients used are always fresh as well.
