My sisters and I were looking for a good place to eat one Sunday and we were so into chinese however our fave resto in greenhills was so packed  we ended up walking around greenhills. We happen to pass by this resto and we were intrigued. Jeepney themed and with food named after philippine icons its cute hmmmm.... we went in had our orders taken.. after I joyfully shouted DARNA hehe. We ordered a kabarkada meal which they called Captain Barbel it was a delight. It was a combo order with choices of longganisa, pork cracklings, liempo and chicken, fried talong, bagoong, tomato and manģga and 2 kinds of soup. It was money well spent and very enjoyable and tasty. I would recommend you try it first hand😉

We liked the Filipino nostalgic theme, the Love Bus inside the restaurant, the faux sari sari store, but unfortunately, did not like the food that much. The chopsuey had this taste that was unusual from the chopsuey we tried from other restaurant (maybe it was their version). For the crispy tilapia, it was ok but not extraordinary. And the buttered chicken, we tasted more of the flour rather than the chicken. Maybe we expected too much given the promotion this restaurant had.

Nice Place with the love bus and sari-sari store theme. The menu is catchy and entertaining. Theres 8 of us so we ordered 2 sets of Captain Barbell and 2 sisigs the foods are fine, nothing special just average and the chairs and table are not comfortable medyo maliit at sikip kami. Aircon is medyo mahina also but Shamcey Supsup attended to us and ask the staff to put an extra electric fan for us. Thumbs up for that.

We were disappointed because our food was served after 40-50mins. At that time, only 4 tables were occupied. Will not go back. Food was tasty but the menu was confusing because of the changed names of the dishes.

This resto is perfect to hold small gatherings on a budget. We scouted the area for a place to hold our teenager’s birthday party and found this hidden gem on the second floor of Promenade. There is a cozy private area that seats up to 12 people which we were allowed to decorate for the surprise party. They even let us set up a small candy bar which made our kid so happy! The group enjoyed the food and Instagram-worthy ambiance. What made the experience better is that staff were all so accommodating and friendly. When the music gets too loud, staff will turn it down at your request. It’s just unfortunate that the staff were not able to find the personalised mug that my husband was awarded which we used to hold party favours.

We loved it there. Servings are good. The waiter/cashier is fast, friendly and accommodating. The only thing my sister and husband don’t like is the sisig because according to them it’s like a “pulutan” and not the usual ones we tasted from other restos. The place is clean and has more than enough ACs even if the place gets crowded. I’m impressed with the restroom which concludes that the foods are really clean.

My boyfriend and I were disappointed with our experience at PNC. We ordered their sizzling bulalo set meal (Php 395, I’m not sure cause I wasn’t able to take a photo of it). It includes sizzling bulalo, sinigang soup and 2 cups of rice. They said it’s suppose to be good for 2-3 persons. Lo and behold it’s only good for 1 person. We divided the meat into two. We had to order another dish cause it wasn’t enough for us. We ordered Talong Ranger (Php 170) at least this one the serving and price was relatively ok. Fine we wouldn’t mind the food but the servers looked disinterested and was texting right beside us. There were only two tables at that time and none of them made an effort to greet us goodbye nor assisted us to the door. They were just standing there talking to each other. Too bad cause I liked how they spruced up the place with mementos from my childhood and references to iconic moments during the 80s.

Lively Filipino RestaurantProduct: I'm basically at Greenhills every weekend and we always pass by Pedro 'N Coi not knowing much about the products they offer. When we finally decided to eat here, we were really shocked because the food they served looked really inviting, judging by the names of the dishes alone like; Talong and Winding Road, Curry Mo To, Joey De Lechon, and etc.Sizzling Sisig Awww (Php 285.00): It does indeed come sizzling to your table, so we had to wait a while for it to cool down and eat. Their sisig has a lot of sauce, and I liked it more when I put a lot of kalamansi on it but it isn't the type of sisig I prefer. The meat chunks are bigger so you can identify which part of the meat you're eating. I think it would be better if they make the chunks smaller. Sizzling Bulalo (Php 395.00): This caught my dad's eye the moment we read the menu so we had to order it first. I'm not a big bulalo version but this got me very curious. As expected, it is an unusual kind of bulalo. The sauce/soup has a gravy-like color and texture and the meat is fried. The taste is somehow different and familiar to our tastebuds but it still doesn't have much "wow" factor. However, for the first try in this restaurant ordering this is understandable. They also gave us a free soup of sinigang which my family really appreciated. The rice had big servings. We could barely finish one cup but then again, we ate a little before we came here. Venue: What will also really catch your attention about Pedro 'N Coi is their interior. The two-story restaurant screams "Filipino Restaurant" even from outside the place. You will admire it even more once you get inside. The booths are like bus chairs and there are banners for a fiesta-like theme. It's a really fun and lively place. The servers aren't easy to call but it's probably because of the music but the service is really fast once you get their attention. I'm glad I got to visit the place at least.
