Standard pancake house (a good thing). I ordered my usual order at any pancake house, the house specials set! It consists of their popular spaghetti, fried chicken and tacos! This way I get to taste my 3 favorites at pancake house every time I visit!But sadly, the taco shell was not crunchy :( not sure why. We were there for a meeting and stayed for about 3 hours. We had coffee there after the dinner also. After a while, the restaurant's ambient temperature became warm. I think they turned off one of the aircon units. There were only three groups that ate there the whole night (monday night). It was actually uncomfortable because it was very cool outside because of the rain and it might have been better if they just left the door from the outside open. I was relieved to be able to go outside after the meeting ended.

Almost all of the branches has poor and slow service.  Yes, they serve good food specially their pan chicken and pork adobo.  But what is good food if the place has bad and slow service, correct? I hope the Management can do something about their service.

Pancake House has been my place of comfort food from my usual Pork Vienna to Potato Salad to Tacos.I was looking for the Cebu favorites, unfortunately, it isn't available at this branch. So I asked the server what she can suggest. She told me to get the Spicy Chicken Fillet over Brown Rice. The grilled herbed spicy chicken was a little overcooked, considering the part, chicken fillet. It has an herby thyme flavor that complimented with the squeezed lemon and tomato pilaf brown rice. The only downside is that its underseasoned. I added some salt to the dish to bring out the flavor of everything.This trip to pancake house may not be as I expected by having an underseasoned dish, it's still a comfort place for me.
