Since I was a child, my family and I would always go here to eat. We love their food and as long as I can remember, the taste is still the same. They really do maintain the consistency of the taste of their dishes. I love their Teppanyaki and Fried Rice especially when it’s being cooked in front of me. Old reliable. The Yulo's have owned this pioneer Japanese resto for a long time and some things are better unchanged. Had the hamachi sashimi, tekka maki, mixed tempura, tofu steak and teppanyaki oysters and angus ribeye. 👍

Had a chance to munch on a really fresh yellowtailfin sushi it was awesome. Enjoyed also the Unagi sushi the meat is so tender. And the salmon really melted on my mouth. Sadly the Tuna didnt taste as fresh as it should be. Thier rice is not good :/ when I picked ot up its like everything is falling. And the rice is super cold..bad bad rice..and where is again the vinegar kick of my rice? I cant enjoy my sushi if the rice is not good....

We celebrated the birthday of my Dad here in Kimpura GH. We ordered their Set 1 for 10pax and Set 4 for 6pax from their "Special Set Menu".. And we loved everything! ❤️ i highly recommend Kimpura, If you're looking for an authentic Japanese Cuisine. 👍🏻😊

WORST SERVICE EVER. Asked the waiter for utensils and it took forever, we ended up asking two more waiters for utensils and still took a long time. The place wasnt even full or busy. They forgot to bring us plates and water, we had to ask for them more than once as well. So disappointed in the service.

Last night's teppanyaki dinner care of the balikbayans from sunny Cali. We had:1. 2 orders of Rib Eye Steak & Mixed Tempura combination2. Prawns, Oysters and Salmon Fillet combination. 3. spicy tuna rolls 4. California maki5. Ebi tempura6. Miso soupIt was such a lovely dinner and it was so cool to watch Chef Randy prepare the food right in front of us and evenly distribute the food (were a group of 5). You just end up smelling of smoke hahaha but what an awesome dinner!

Kimpura, Greenhills branch is for me one of the best Japanese restaurants. The sushi is super fresh and meals are always a delight. Try their kimpura roll and salmon sashimi.

Kimpura is very consistent, reliable with their quality and is always a good experience. Reasonably priced, it is great for family gatherings, a date for two or even a meal alone. Service has been consistent with staff who have been there for decades, but they are beginning to retire - a sign of consistent management. Try the sukiyaki which allows you to choose different grades of beef, oyster teppanyaki, aside from the steaks and prawns, sushi, sashimi and ramen. A great all around Japanese restaurant.
