UNLIMITED SAGO'T GULAMAN FTWProduct: we ordered Pinakbet, Sizzling Sisig, Gerry's Fried Chicken, Adobong Puso Rice, along with 2 cans of soda, Mango Shake, and Sago't Gulaman (bottomless). The pinakbet is okay, I only ate the squash but it's a bit different to the taste I was used to. Lacks a bit of sweetness. The sisig is apparently what they are known for, although I can say that it's not my favorite, it is actually really good. It is probably better for people who drink alcohol and use it as their pulutan. The Chicken was actually really good, good job, Gerry! Kids would definitely go for this. The rice was super delicious, even someone who would rather choose plain rice would definitely switch to this one, the rice even has meat in it, if you're on a budget, just order this one. It's all you need for a meal. Lol. The Mango Shake was superb! I so love mango shakes, they're so fresh and sweet and just the best shake ever. The gulaman made me so happy, although I am not sure people are allowed to share it, I only took a sip and if the drink was this good, be thankful they're offering it bottomless because I assure you, you won't be satisfied with one or two servings.Venue: the place is probably more suitable for people who are drinking or dining with their friends. Although their menu is also family-friendly, I feel like their target audience are the friend reunions or gatherings. The crew were really nice, servings were quick but not quick enough for the hungry which we were very much at that moment.

Their grilled pusit (squid) is flavorful and tender. The sisig is crunchy. Could use a little bit more salt & pepper but i still like it.Word of caution: do not order the baked scallops! It's slimy, like a little undercooked. And the sauce tastes weird too!

This place used to be one of my go to places for Filipino food to treat my foreign guests. How far it has deteriorated. The place is newly renovated but the service is SOOOOOO POOR. The service staff seem to be intentionally avoiding being called despite the restaurant not even 25% full. You know how bad it is when customers from other tables see you waving your hand before any of the waiting staff. It takes forever to catch their attention. To order food, to ask for serving utensils, to ask for calamansi/sili, to ask for saucers, to order additional beer… every single task is a pain to accomplish because of their inefficiency. It was really disappointing and embarrassing to our guests. Eventually we paid and it also took forever to get the payment processed. My uncle stood up and found out the cashier was listening or watching something on her tablet or phone while the payment is just there in front of her. What a waste. Grilled squid here is still the best, at least. I suggest you try Gerry’s other branches. I’m grading this branch low. Boo. I will NEVER bring anyone to this branch again. Nakakahiya. I wish Mesa would open here at Greenhills. Ebun closed down, we were were initially supposed to go there to try their food for the first time. I remember now why I threw away my Gerry’s Circle of Friends card. I was kind of under the weather and I didn’t want to make a commotion with my guests there but normally I would never have let such bad service pass without me creating a scene. Bulok talaga.I don’t think management approves of the bad service, but unfortunately, it is the reality. Time to re-train or most likely remove some bad apples from their crew.

Arrived at greenhills exactly lunch time cause of traffic,so decide to eat our lunch here its our 1st time to dine at gerry's grill greenhills branch, well it alittle bit disapointment,we change table 3 times. 1st our table is besides the cr. 2nd table is to small for group of 4. 3rd the aircon above us drops water. So its crazy things before having our lunch. At the same time my group of friends member card is expired they told me they dont renew as of now cause their system is down. We ordered 1500 up for their free pork bbq after ordering above 1500 they told me its expired so i cant use it. Weird 1st the card dont have expiration date they said the availibity of the card is 1yr but i just used it at sm north this year but the card i have it 2013 i think. Anyway food is ok but the bottomless sagot gulaman is toooo sweet even ive told them to lessen the sugar level. Service is slow. Price is not affordable and they collect service charge of 12% i think. Im rating it a 2 cause club sandwich stands above all we ordered....

Last Sunday our family went here for dinner. We were seated at the center near the door where all the waiters can see us. We ordered sisig, kare kare and halo halo for dessert to serve for later. Our order took almost 1hr to be served and no one voluntarily served us water while waiting until I asked for it. Though it wasn't that crowded, all the waiters seemed to be too busy. After our meal, I asked one of the waiter to serve our dessert. For a single halo halo, it took 30 mins for them to crush the ice. I got mad and ask for the bill immediately. One of the waiter opened the door for us saying "thank you for coming, see us again." ---NEVER!!

I've been here on two occassions. The first was a date with my wife 5 months back and we ordered Kare-kare and Binagoongan Fried Rice. The place wasn't full at that time so we were served immediately. The Kare-kare was priced P375 back then. And the fried rice was only P195. The servings were substantial and good for 2 really hungry people. Taste of both dishes was great. The second was today - Mother's day. When I came at around 11ish - the place was almost packed. I kinda expected it so I really planned to just order "to go!" This time, I ordered Kare-kare and spicy garlic fried chicken. Kare-kare is now priced at P405. I waited for almost 30 minutes and got my order and at that time - the place was really packed and there is about 5 people waiting in line for a seat.Anyway, the taste for the Kare-kare is great as always. However, noticed that the portions are now lesser than what I remembered. I would understand the price increase but for the portions to diminish as well is really unfair. The chicken is served in a box of 6 but they are tiny pieces adobo cut chicken which looks like half of a hen as I only got a leg, a wing, 2 half parts of a breast and a thigh. The taste is good but a bit greasy.I will check with the other branches if their serving portion of their Kare-kare has indeed decreased. If this is so, I would also lessen my visits to Gerry's given they already raised their prices and decreasing portion size isn't really fair.

Follow me on Instagram: @astro.adinRainy season is here and is perfect for dishes served with hot soup. With this, Gerry’s is heavily promoting their Bulalo on social media platforms and giant billboards along EDSA and C5 and makes us all crave for this. It didn’t last long that the temptation took over our starving tummies. Me and my gf ordered their Php999.00 promo for 3-4 persons. Yes just us two but we didn’t plan to consume all, we just wanted to have both bulalo and sisig in our table and the lumpia is a bonus and perfect pasalubong to her family. The bulalo’s meat serving is generous and right for the price, I just hope they add more veggies on the serving since Filipinos like a lot of vegetables on soup based dishes. The sisig is STILL a 5/5 which I reviewed in the past. Still flawless and will make you eat more rice than the usual. The lumpia is just ok but even regular lumpia is treated special by us Filipinos so this one is still a hit and her sister loved it even when the wrapper isn’t crunchy anymore because of our travel time from the time we take-out the dish to their apartment.Kudos to the team for the service specially Joyce who served us really fast and the way she served us is with a sincere joy from her face. We all exchanged laughs on bloopers on both sides on 2 separate occasions, positive bloopers by the way.
