Home of my absolute favorite croissants (I hope I won't regret saying this on website as I might run out of it when I buy!) The breads are artisanal with many different authentic flavors. Tasteful expertise in making their breads. Being a bread person and enthusiastic baker, I absolutely love the texture of their breads.Another must try are their chocolate cookies (dark is best for me). They put chocolates liberally in each cookie, leaving you guilty but satisfied after eating a piece or two. Always come here for croissants. They make the best! There were times when service was a bit slow whenever we would drop by this place so I do not recommend having your meal here. To go is probably the best option. Don't expect your meal to be served in a jiffy if you want to eat here. They do take alot of time heating and reheating things.

The breads in Eric Kayser is something that would become your standard when it comes to french breads, once you get a taste of their breads, it will change the way you look at the other french breads again. im particularly fond of their Pain au Chocolat which goes really well with their coffee. another favorite of mine was their Kouign Amann which is sweet, flaky, and buttery. the price, i think its reasonable considering the quality of their breads. The place is nice, and perfect for enjoying a nice chat with friends over a cup of coffee and really good breads.

If you love bread, this is the perfect place. I love the milk chocolate cookies and I would love to fill up my cookie jar with it. The sundried-tomato ciabatta was so good that my husband almost ate everything almost immediately that I have to beg him to leave a bite for me. Hahaha. Would really love to go back here and try everything on their selection.

i was waiting for Promenade  Greenhills shops to open,  until i was attracted to a Brasserie, patteserie bolangerie  just like Paris. what i notice when I enter erik kayser  is its coffee machine, that is my standard for best coffee, the bigger the most delicious coffee, they got separate coffee  maker for house brew and gourmet... i ordered hot americano and tomato soup with bacon slab. the servers are very courteous  and friendly....... the soup is quite alright, but i still prefer the yellow cab version of tomato soup...... BUT THEY GIVE YOU MILK IN A VERY COLD CONTAINER.... that is a no no

My love affair with bread has started ever since I was but a tiny big boy. I love how it makes my tummy go "bumbumbum". How glad I became when I learned that one of those awesome bread places that I looked up to opened up in Greenhills Promenade.ERIC KAYSER Last July 2, 2014, Eric Kayser officially started serving people in the north through their Greenhills Branch. No need to go to their Power Plant Branch (click here to see). Although they are still in their soft opening, you could be happy to note that they create most of their bread in house as they now have a kitchen to prepare everything you would want. From their famous chocolate croissants. It definitely needs to be heated and placed in the over to regain that crunch. Flavor wise, you won't go wrong with it.I love the proper choice and use of the chocolate to help the bread give that flavor.Yep, they now offer coffee too.Although it taste pretty normal, it goes well with your meal. What's in the bag? Well you guessed it, I just had to have my take away...My Epic Stash!!!Famous cookies. You won't go wrong with them. A batch of the best cookies in town. Grabe.and of course, some croissant and chocolate croissant.Just to note, the plain croissant's is everything but plain. The buttery inside really gives off that kick that would lead you to slurp your fingers when you eat them.Yep, I just so love my breads.Since they are just in their Soft Opening Period, there are just some kinks in the service. Of course tolerable, but they have a lot to make up. Definitely a little pricey compared to other breakfast bread places, but you get what you pay for. Budget around 400 Php per person. They plan to open early in the morning but at the mean time, they start serving around 10am-10pm.

On the Table: Croissant, Kouign Amann, Prosciutto & Tomato Fougasse, Shrimps & Apples in Croissant & French Baguette. My Food-O-Meter: Taste: 5/5Price: 4/5Service: 3.5/5I prefer their croissant over Paul's. French Baguette must be consumed in 2 days after purchase. Sandwiches tastes great too.

This place is hyped up, even by my own brother, but to me it was a disappointment. It looked cool inside, and I expected great things. I was actually there for their famous Tarte Monge but they said they didn't have berries, so they were not making it.I had a chocolate croissant which tasted like it had been sitting on the shelf for hours. Even after they warmed it up, it stayed cold.I also had their brewed coffee which didn't taste that special, and for some reason made me feel sleepy, which is not what the job of coffee is supposed to be.Their creme brulée was good, but I honestly had MUCH better for cheaper.I really wanted to like this place, so it's sad for me to have no reason to return.Maybe I visited on a bad day where they didn't have their things in order?

Worst service. Ordered coffee, eclair and apple danish. We waited for a few minutes for the Danish and once we followed up, cashier was requesting for the receipt (how embarrassing). Then the lady goes - oops gave the last piece to the person AFTER me. Management should train the people. Upon entering, the staff won't even greet you. It's very important to build rapport with guests. Oh and the eclair wasn't anything amazing. Better go to wildflour.

Their coffees are the perfect cap to a fun night out with friends. Simplistic beauty of the interiors and Parisian cafe music lulls your senses into relaxation. Iced coffees were good, but I love the cappuccinos and espressos more. As for eclairs, our personal favorite was the Nutella.
