Coffee is something else entirely. This is good shit. I'm not kidding. Try the DMT espresso and milk. Also the chicken under a brick. Food's a bit pricy, but so are the stuff at other places. So try it!

Coffee is just average and not too many coffee choices -- but nice place to hangout. Relaxed and not too crowded. Their flavored sodas and cocktails are interesting too.

The place rocks! Bare but cool! Love their beers and the cinnamon roll. We tried the baked salmon too-- yum!! A little bit pricey but definitely worth the experience!

The dark matter theory is a must try! These guys know what they're doing. Not many places in the metro can do coffee properly so venues like Edsa Bev is a gem.

So I was around Greenhills and looking for a new cafe since I've been to Toby's and Craft lot of times. So I searched for a coffee shop around. It just happens that I'm in promenade and this cafe is literally beside EDSA. So I walked from Promenade to EDSA which is kinda far because I thought it'll be worth it. So when I went in, I'm not really sure if it's a cafe or just a coffee warehouse. So I asked if where's the cafe so they assisted me upstairs. It was really hot, the AC was not working. I seated to a table then the barista gave me the menu. I was observing with what's going on around. I believe that the owner was just at the other table discussing business stuff. And on the other side there's this tutorial class about coffee. So basically everyone was busy. My coffee arrived and it's just okay, nothing mind blowing. The ambiance was meh, its way too dark. The service was mediocre. The coffee was just okay. Will I ever go back here? Probably no, kinda disappointed.

EDSA is a cafe that's literally along EDSA. Not that easy to find but worth it!The place has a very hipster vibe to it. Very modern, industrial and rustic. Coffee was legit! It comes with a piece of chocolate to enhance the flavors. They also serve pastries, cocktails and some entrees.

There are coffee enthusiasts who have been doing coffee crawls lately. And my friend and I did just that last weekend. We visited three third wave coffee locations, near one another. This was our first stop. EDSA Beverage is not in Waze nor is it visible even if it is along the most famous highway in our country. So i suggest you look for Dad’s restaurant near Greenhills, it’s before that going south bound. As you enter, you would think you are in the wrong place. It’s quite ran down, dark and full of huge coffee roasting machines. The actual coffee place is on the second floor. No savory meals here folks. All they have are quick fix cookies. But they do have a number of beverages. My friend got a Flat White which they highly recommended while I had a sweet treat of non alcoholic Ginger Beer, Turon flavor. It did have a bold similarity with the Filipino dessert. If you got all the time in the world, you can chat with the baristas and ask any coffee questions you have. They probably could answer them. This place is probably okay not to have customers too. We were the only two here for awhile. It’s likely a hub where they roast coffee and distribute it to other third wave coffee spots.

A true coffee connoisseur will love this place with its quiet and intimate ambience. But don’t be fooled, it’s a no nonsense world for the continuous journey for constant improvement when it comes to coffee. I ordered the iced latte. And you can taste the difference in coffee grounds they used.

Been wanting to try EDSA Beverage Design Group for months now so this is a much awaited review (well, at least for me). The place is literally along EDSA; you have to been keen in looking for their logo as you might miss it. It’s right beside Shakey’s along EDSA Greenhills area. Upon entering the place, you’ll immediately “smell” the drinks. It was strong yet so intriguing. If you’re not into alcohol, you’ll probably get turned off by this. The interiors in the first floor is also kinda hipster so hippies would have a least 3 IG-ready photos before they even reached the second floor. The second floor is where the fun begins. You’ll be welcomed by the bar as it is situated beside the top of the stairs. There were few chairs and tables beside the bar. We were a big group so we took over the couch and wooden stools on the far end of the room. We were so lucky we had the room to ourselves. Beside the couch was an old Pirates of the Caribbean game where you can buy tokens from the bartenders for 20 pesos each. For the drinks, we tried a lot since there were so many to choose from.- PCR (Pamplemousse, Citron, Rose, Fizz) - It’s a craft soda but I chose to let them serve it with scotch on the side. I didn’t get to taste the scotch that much, probably because it was easily diluted with the ice. But overall, the mix was good!- Long Tory (Scotch, Orange Thyme syrup, Fizz) - It’s one of their strongest ready-to-drink bottled cocktails. The bartender described it as “not for the faint of heart”. This time, you’ll taste/smell/feel the scotch right away. I immediately got it why it was described as such. The hint of orange thyme was good to put some additional flavor or probably to tone down the scotch. It wasn’t that successful though as this drink tasted so strong up to the last drop.- Ginger Beer - I think it’s their version of ginger ale. I’ve had my fair share of ginger ale in the past but this drink was nothing compared to those as the smell/taste of ginger overpowers the whole drink.- Liberation - It’s one of their craft beers which reminded me of a super strong Pale Pilsen.
