DEC together Wilson St. utilized to possess space for clients who would like to dine in, however they removed that little space, making DEC only a grocery now. I must say i love their clean lumpia. Always fresh actually and ready as you purchase. They used market cookedlobster balls also it was the best too. Their new avocado drink is merely so particular! Their cooked and loaded food are really ideal for lazy times, when all you have to to do is merely eat rather than cook anymore.

The worst chinese spot to buy food.over cost cold and mushy. A lot of frozen meals are old. Cost is absurd.not worthy of the time

DEC sells Hopia inside a food stall in the Shoemart Supermarket ( close to Watsons) in Makati. This is a well-known dessert or snack that is of Chinese origin. They will have different kinds hopias which are usually like little cakes ( cubed or diced, with wintertime melonetc) and marketed by the piece. It is possible to just purchase one each to flavor.
