While the food wasn't bad it wasn't great. Nothing spectacular. The rice, however, tasted like it was spoiled. It was bad enough to almost ruin the entire meal! Even though the restaurant was only half occupied it was a struggle to get attention from any of the staff - I just wanted napkins! And while the prices were only slightly above what I would normally deem reasonable, the experience made it seem overpriced. Definitely did not get value for my money and will not be back.

Crystal Jade serves one of the best Xiao Long Bao's in the country. Having originated from Hong Kong it serves really good authentic dimsum and noodles that are flavorful but light. Their Wuxi style Fried Eel is crunch and sweet, its like eating chicharon but with a Cantonese twist to it. Their Xiao Long Bao is quite popular because of the lightness of the skin and the aroma and taste of the pork soup inside. It is best to eat it with a little vinegar. Apart from the original xiao long bao they also serve other flavors such as the vegetarian, shrimp, crab roe, truffle, foie gras, and chili. Aside from this, Crystal Jade also serves noodles soups, they have shrimp wonton noodle soups thats very filling and will definitely hit the spot. Other favorite items that we love from the restaurant are the Sweet and sour Deep fried Garoupa- crispy on the outside but soft on the inside, drunken white chicken, radish puff pastry, fried mantou, crab meat corn soup, mango sago with pomelo, double boiled chicken soup, century egg with beancurd and polunchay with garlic.

Crystal jade in greenhills has the best xiao ling bao. My kids love their siopao & fried rice. Reasonably priced, quality service & very courteous staff. Keep it up!

Underrated but a great place to get your dumpling fix. I like:1) beijing dumpling2) salt and pepper tofu3) sweet and sour soup4) radish cake5) mango pomelo sago6) xiao long bao (the original, the flavored ones are just okay.. Good in theory but not in execution)They have other stuff on the menu that we ordered that are good also but the above are the ones I liked best. :)

Availed of their dimsum buffet and it was good! All their dimsum were tasty. Pork chili,Xiao long bao, siomai are mists. Hakaw not included. The speed could use an improvement since we had to wait to get our second, third, and fourth servings.

the setup in singapore felt more impressive... and there was a bunch of changes to the name making me question whether this is still the same franchise as the one i ate in at singapore and hong kong or not.

Quite pricey but they serve evenly amount and the food's really good too! When my mom and I'd lazy to cook anything for dinner, we sometimes have theirs for our take home.The chinese chefs are also nice and friendly (since some of them live in one unit close to ours and we're practically in the same floor) I get to greet them occasionally ✌ The ambiance and staff are nice too, accommodating if I may add. Well-ventilated place and really well-lit. They also have this see-through glass outside the resto where you can see them cook their dimsums (which is good too) and other recipes in their menu 👌

One of the best xiao long bao in the metro!Just a thing tho.. One of their table signs said that "prices include 12% VAT", but our receipt reflected otherwise. Not a fan of surprise charges.

My family and I went all the way from Alabang to Greenhills just because my mom was craving for their lovely Xiao Long Bao. That should already be saying something. This rating is based solely on their Xiao Long Bao because that's all we ordered.. Haha! The Xia Long Baos are a good size and aren't too small like other local chinese restaurants. The wrapper is nice and thin (but not thin enough that when you attempt to pick it up, it rips and the precious soup spills out. Nope, definitely don't want that!) The pork and soup inside is very flavorful! Best eaten with little slivers of ginger and vinegar. :) Would love to try their other xiao long bao variations such as the one with truffle!

It’s been a long time since I last ate in Crystal Jade, so last Sunday my family and I decided to eat here for lunch. We ordered so much food that was probably good for around 6 people, but we were only 4! We had Crispy Chicken Fillet in Lemon Sauce, Multi-flavored Xiao Long Bao , another order of the plain Xiao Long Bao, Vegetable sautéed with Oyster Sauce, Steamed Spare Ribs with Black Beans Sauce, and Yang Chow Fried Rice. Crystal Jade serves your comfort Chinese food and is raved about their Xiao Long Bao. However, I think their Xiao Long Bao is overrated. I still prefer the plain one to their flavored ones. I liked the Crispy Chicken Fillet when eaten with Yang Chow Fried Rice, but it still tasted average for me. Overall, their food is your typical Chinese food and a bit on the pricey side. P.S. Kudos to their servers though – very attentive and pleasant.
