As a frequent user of website and always in search for a new place to go and try, I saw Craft Coffee Revolution. The rating that I gave is just 3.5, I wanted to give a 4.0 but I just don't feel that my experience is enough for me to give that rating yet.I went here a few days ago, the place is nice and relaxing also they have free wifi. During the time that I went here, the place wasn't full so I easily got a seat. Then, I ordered flat white hot coffee and tried their pesto. I was quite hungry that time so when the order came up I wanted to really indulge with the pasta I ordered so I was excited to taste it but, after the first taste, I was quite disappointed. The pesto was bland. So I tried it again after mixing it more thinking I didn't mix the pasta enough but it's still the same. So to my dismay, I drink the coffee I just ordered which I think is a little bit cold for a hot coffee though, I think that it may have gotten cold due to the cold temperature of the place (I'm just not that sure). The good thing I could say here is that the coffee tastes really good, it's just that maybe I took some of my time before tasting it so it got cold. Another thing is that the people in the café is so approachable and accommodating, they keep on giving the necessities of the customer such as: water refills and tissues. They also serve the customers with a smile and they keep on saying thank you which is really nice. Overall, my experience was good maybe I expected a lot base on the reviews and rating here. But certainly, a little improvement on the food and drinks and this place will certainly have more people coming here. Ps. I'll still come back to this place with some of my friends and I'm hoping that improvements will be made by that time. 🤗

If you're not sure what coffee you'd like to try, just ask their barista and they're more than willing to explain what goes inside each cuppa. Available on weekends (specifically for Greenhills outlet only) are the Ube Crêpe Cake and Crème Brûlée Crêpe Cake.

Third wave coffee is thriving and this indeed reflects a revolution. This movement enabled the industry to produce even better quality coffee with bolder and artistic flavors. Sitting down to sip coffee is now indeed a notch higher. I am no coffee connoisseur yet but I crave it every now and then. In fact, I have at least one cup a day and I usually have it in the morning. Craft's Mocha is my favorite and I had theirs too many times. They use medium roast which is brownish in color with stronger flavor on a non-oily surface. The ideal temperature they prepare it is only at 62-65 celsius. At this level the natural sweetness comes out and anything higher they believe will make it bitter. However, this is not even warm on my standards so I make them increase it a bit. On this trip for some desserts, we had their yummy Chocolate Fudge Cake. Expect this piece to be what it is, fudgy. I loved the bittersweet taste matched with a really sticky feel. We also shared their wonderful Banoffee pie. The three components of cream, banana with coffee and crust are balanced, curating three amazing delicious textures in one big bite. Craft indeed changed the game. From a cup to the small plates of sweets.
