Love the food. The only downside is inefficiency in processing online orders. One time they missed out the ice tea which was already paid for. Another time i paid for wagyu burger with mushroom ending up eating wagyu steak sandwich. Makes you wonder if charlie's or website is inefficient though. Over-all food and value for money is okay. Just hope they will improve in order processing

With Charlie's Grind and Grill you do not need to look for any other burger restaurant. Extremely delicious and grilled just right (medium) they are consistent in quality for all the time since they opened. You have a choice of grain fed black angus or grass fed wagyu for your beef. they have creative combinations of cheeses and now even have a cheeseburger with truffle oil. Basically self serve, the people at the counter are always cheerful, patient and helpful. They also have philly steak sandwiches, meatballs, fish and chips, and a wide variety of imported beer (a little pricey).

Tried this one time because we always see a lot of people eating there. Ordered buffalo wings but there was really nothing very extraordinary about it. Just like any other wings from the other restos. But its a good hang out place with friends if you just like to eat a light dinner or something

Definitely one of THE best burgers I've had. Mine was just the regular burger with angus beef. Also, I really liked their fries and buffalo wings.

great place to get a burger. their burgers are quite affordable and does not lose out vs other popular burger places. They also stay open quite late (last night thursday they closed at 1230am) which is good for those coming from some place else like us who came from basketball.my only qualm was the presence of two cats inside the restaurant. I don't know how they got it. I wonder if one of the employees keep them as a pet or something. the restaurant seems closed off from the outside. Although I am not a clean freak, and would eat mostly anything, some other people might get turned off.despite that I still grade charlie's high.

Delicious burgers for a /reasonable/ price. Had tge double angus beef burger (for about 200-something) and it was filling and tasty. You can taste the beef in their burgers which is a good thing (although, it crumbles pretty easily). Perfect with a bottle of beer. The place is also cozy. That being or looks, or feels, like a yellow can with a different splash of paint. The meals are fun to look at tho. Look for the Ersao lady and ask: "why?"Overall, if you're willing to spend about for a decent burger, this is the place.

It was after a tiring prenuptial photo shoot with our client at Ronac Art Center that we decided to have a late lunch at Charlie's Grind and Grill. Located at Ronac Art Center, Ortigas Avenue, Greenhills, San Juan City, I find Charlie's Grind & Grill as a good place to dine when you are at the area. The place is clean, the air conditioning is well, they have television inside, and it is not crowded. There were seven of us who ordered our meals and surprisingly, the service was fast. The staff is also friendly.

It was their 7th anniversary when we went to try their burgers. We were lucky because all their wagyu and angus burgers cost only 100 php. Wagyu burgers were out of stock already, so we ordered Angus burger instead together with dirty fries and seafood marinara. Black Angus burger - The burger was great. It was juicy, fresh and not greasy. Not to mentioned we only got it for 100php. Dirty Fries - loved how they mixed it up with the bacon, fries and cheese on it. Seafood Pasta - it was also good. Just the right pasta to balance out our fries and burger. Overall, we enjoyed dining in the restaurant and will definitely come back to try their wagyu burger.

I was very hungry after our shoot and I had this ordered for our very late lunch. When you have not eaten for about nine (9) hours, you have a really huge appetite for food. Apparently, this meal was heavy enough to sate me. Tastes average, though. The way it was served on the plate was not that enticing.

When Charlie's was new, I excitedly tried it as everyone raved about it. I tried it and found nothing special about it.After so many years, I finally tried it again. I had a Wagyu Gorgonzola Cheeseburger and added Shrooms (Portobello Mushroom Stuffed with Cheese). The bugrer was dry and not very gogonzola tasting. For a wagyu beef, which tends to be fatty, it was odd that it was dry. The Shroom wasn't awesome at all. It was breaded and dry. I couldn't even taste the cheese. It looked and sounded way better than it tasted.So... I learned I still didn't Charlie's burgers. On the more positive side, I also learned that I love their fries!!! Their Sweet Potato Fries and Irish Nachos with Chili were awesome! 😁The server was very nice and accommodating. We were a huge group and he managed to get all our orders right. He also patiently answered all our questions about the different menu items. It also didn't take very long to serve our food.
