CAKE it or leave it! ---------------------------------------------------The newly-opened @caramia.ph at the @promenadeghofficial will leave you no choice but to take their best seller Rouge Gelato Cake.---------------------------------------------------REPORT CARD RATING Taste: A 📝 Quite unusual to the taste because of the sweet, sour, and creamy fiasco of juicy flavors, this dessert will burst you with surprise as you munch on their blueberry, strawberry, and vanilla gelato on a crust of crushed graham.----------------------------------------------------Price: A 📝 For 170php a slice, i's fairly acceptable considering the 3 flavors of gelato rolled into one piece of dessert. ----------------------------------------------------Presentation: A+ 📝 There's a creative mix of layered colors that make the cake look enticingly delicious. ----------------------------------------------------Scale from highest to lowest (A+ A B+ B C D F)FINAL GRADE: 🎖🎖🎖🎖🎖🎖🎖 A🎖🎖🎖🎖 Come on and CAKE it home.----------------------------------------------------#thefoodadvenchers #spotph #forkspoonmanila #zomatoph #wheninmanila #bookymanila #vsco #thefoodcrawlers #looloo #pepperph #whattoeatph #bookyapp #gourmanila #foodph #food #website #foodporn #foodpics #foodstagram #websites #lovefood #love_food #f52 #f52grams #buzzfeast #buzzfeedfood #caramia #greenhills #cake #dessert

Them gelato's never fail to surprise me! I just love their flavors + they usually have different sets every day so, you won't get bored of the flavors offered. The place is also cool, cheery and alive. Well-ventilated and lit, the staff are also nice and took initiatives to check on customers which is nice ✔

Caramia now has a semi-seperate area from Amici. This is very good for them from a marketing standpoint to avoid confusion. We had a piece of cake and some coffee. Good stuff. The cake was not so sweet which is a big plus. I will keep Caramia in mind for future meetings and such. Nice quiet place to discuss things.

I came to Amici to avail of their anniversary promo and decided to have some gelatos. I had Blueberry cheesecake and mango cream pie. First of all, gelato should be creamy and dense as compared to ice creams. Their blueberry cheesecake doesn't even taste as close as a cheesecake. It tasted like milk laced with blueberry. The mango cream pie, as expected was sweet mango gelato with crushed or broken pieces of ladyfinger. Their version was normal gelato with a hint of mango flavor from the puree with arrowroot or uraro like cookies that lacks sweetness. It failed to be a true blue gelateria.

This branch offers a lot of parking space, but the store is divided into two with a restaurant. The good thing with this branch is that they offer complete selections of gelato and cakes unlike with their other branch only few selected cakes are available. This branch also offers a decent seating capacity for customers. We got their sea salted caramel cake it was quite good, unfortunately a bit pricey for its size.

The Rogue cake of Cara Mia always catches my eye when I pass by Cara Mia every time we go to the mall. I was just looking for the right occasion to buy a that cake and finally my sister's birthday came. As we were walking around the mall looking at cakes, she was atracted to the vibrant color of the cake. I did a quick research in it and read good reviews. The reviews weren't wrong. Rogue is a strawberry, blueberry, and vanilla gelato sitting on top of a thin sponge cake and a delicate graham crust. The flavors blended well and we couldn't get enough of it. The slightly chewy sides of the cake were also a great addition to the texture of the cake. I don't know what the sides were composed of but I also loved the sides of the cake. The cake doesn't easily melt and is also easy to slice.

Though am not a fan of all their gellatos, there is one gellato flavor that they serve that seems to trump all my unmet expectations. If you havent tried their blueberry cheescake gellato, you should try it RIGHT NOW, as in NOW because youve missed enough.

Caramia is coming up with a Gelato party cart. It's your access to Italian ice cream goodness in your own celebrations. I got the insane good opportunity recently to try 12 of their top flavors in one go. These are the likely flavors going to be picked. Price points are unbelievably low, its starts at Php 4,500 for 50 cups. Now isn't that a sweet deal? What I loved most were two. The Dark Chocolate with Brownie was thick and bitter sweet and had an amazing soft and chewy brownie all over. I also liked one of their newest pieces, Salted Caramel. It had nice spikes of salt paired with striking sweet creamy goodness of caramel. For cakes, we got the best selling Rogue, it was a berries heaven of blueberries and strawberries mixed with classic Vanilla gelato, crust graham and chocolate pieces. We also shared the latest Matcha Cake. It was a colorful piece of green elements. It had Japanese Matcha gelato with sweet chewy meringue and cream. It was too good, it was gone way too fast!

We got our dessert cravings from Cara Mia after having dinner in a nearby resto. We always have space for dessert. Who doesn't, right? It was just the right amount of sweetness we needed to end a meal and the week and to welcome the weekend. It is still Monday but looking forward to another one.

Not much of a dessert person but Caramia is one of the few places that I love getting my ice cream fix. I especially love their Pistachio and Salted Caramel flavors. Although the scoops may be on the pricey side, it is actually well worth the money. Love the fact that they also offer you to taste their flavors to help you decide on which ones to actually buy. The staff is so accommodating and friendly that I do not mind coming back despite the limited parking spaces available.
