I will admit, I am rarely a sweetooth kind of person. I am the type of person that prefers savory food more. But, if my sweetooth is on, then that is a different story altogether.Call me crazy. Call me un-Pinoy, but I am not a big fan of ube/purple yam. I don’t know why, but it is just the way I am. Trust me, people have tried to force feed me different types of ube dishes, with no success to my tastebuds. The Ube Leche Flan cake at Bellefleur did spark my interest. Pics and reviews kept on flooding my feed, along with the Ube Frozen Brazo. So, I decided to give things a go.Surprise, surprise! I loved the Ube Flan cake! It wasn’t overly too sweet. Same thing goes for the Ube Frozen Brazo which I really liked. I don’t know what it was with the Ube parts being different from everything else that I have tried in the past, but it was surprisingly delicious. I wanted to finish entire slices to myself instead of sharing off my friends cakes. Ok, the ube dishes weren’t my order, just in case I didn’t like them. They were my friends orders, and they both do love ube anything, along with a few cookies too.As for what I personally ordered for myself, I got myself the Milk Tea Frozen Brazo and some Calamansi White Choco & Cheddar cookies. I love Milk Tea drinks, so the Frozen Brazo version of it was something that I loved at first bite. Again not so sweet, and the balance of flavours were just right. And for my choice of cookies... Don’t knock it till you have tried it! It’s weird but in a very good way. Trust me, it was very hard to share them. LOL!Food: 5.0 - This is the only place I will eat ube anything! And weird is good!Price: 5.0 - Prices are quite steep if compared to the average bakery. Then again, this isn’t your average bakery. Obviously things are done in a homade artisanal kind of way and not a full commercial scale of robots. The quality also speaks for itself.Service: 5.0 - Store staff is quite knowledgable with what is being sold and what ingredients are in them. There is also a passion in the way they talk about them. I wouldn’t be surprised if they were full time bakers as well.Ambience: 4.0 - It is a tiny store with just 2 stools on the side for dine-in or waiting customers. There is a very homey and playful vibe.It isn’t a surprise that Bellefleur is on the Best of Manila list here on website. Beatrix is a mad genius when it comes to baking in the kitchen. I wish I was like her besides the name tweak on the last letter of my name. LOL!

(F)ood:Amazing food for sweet tooths! The bestseller is the Frozen Ube Brazo and I must say that it’s definitely a winner! We also tried their cookies and all were amazing. I love the White Chocolate Calamansi cookie, yummy! I would love to see more flavors and variety though to their cupcakes.(A)mbience:Bellefleur shares a space with Rotella Ravioli and Thirsty Turtle, and they are all friends ;) The place is more for pick-up of orders. (B)utler Service:We were able to meet the owners of the 3 shops and they were only friendly and accommodating. The staff too are friendly.

Finally got to try the very famous Frozen Ube Brazo and it's sooooo good! What's good about it is that the layers -- brazo de mercedes, custard, and ube ice cream -- are not 'nakakaumay' because it's not too sweet. The base is actually sweeter than all three combined. Don't eat this if you are in a hurry because it's so frozen that you'll feel your tongue kinda stick to the fork. I just forgot to ask how long it will remain frozen if you decide to take it home.Though the place is small, it is clean and it has a pleasant ambiance. It also has a good set of people to help you with your needs and questions.Lastly, they sell some other goodies like Irvin's Salted Egg Fish Skin, Tom's flavoured almonds, etc.

It’s been a long time since I’ve been in Greenhills. My idea of unimart was just a few walks from the tiangge as in yung dating unimart pa. To my surprise, napakalayoo na pala! The store is really cute and every details are picture worthy. They also have interesting treats and goodies. Though some are quite pricey like the ube leche flan that we bought. Anyway, the staffs were nice naman and they even offered free taste on some of their products.

Ordered the following To-Go:Double Decker Ube Leche FlanFrozen Ube BrazoYes, I love UBE so I'm easily swayed to try the purple desserts than the chocolate ones (except if dark chocolate is involved). Man, the flan was the bomb! Never short changed the consistency and sweetness! The brazo with the Ube ice cream was even better - I can already imagine eating this on a hot and humid day - 1n1 with the brazo. 👍👍

I’ve been wanting to try this place out since I have a sweet tooth and I’m a fan of anything with leche flan. I saw on her IG post that they had a new product called Double Decker Ube Flan. I only got a slice (Php 90) and I wanted more. The ube and flan was a great combo. I think it’s also best served in room temperature so it’s softer and appreciate it melting in your mouth. My only concern and at the same time blessing. They didn’t have credit card option cause if they do I might bought a lot of sweets. I typically don’t bring a lot of cash with me so I always prefer places with credit card payment.

The double decker Ube Leche Flan Cake here is fantastic, as well as the very moist Ube Velvet Cupcake. The calories are so darn worth it!!! I’ll definitely return soon for the calamansi cupcake, frozen ube brazo, & frozen thai milk tea brazo. I just wish they’d accept credit card as mode of payment. You can also purchase other imported goodies here like Irvins salted egg fish skin (though more pricey).

Finally got to try @bellefleurbybeatrix. Walked all the way from Promenade (after Avengers: Infinity War 👊🏼) to UniMart. 😅 The Frozen Ube Brazo was gooooood!!! 👍🏼 But the Double Decker Ube Leche Flan was so-so, I’d rather eat a whole llanera of creamy leche flan instead. 🍮 P.S. I prefer the Ube Leche Flan of Little Flour Cafe

I'm a huge fan of ube so I couldn't pass up the chance to try their ube desserts... NO REGRETS because they were really delicious!Tried the following:*Double Decker Ube Leche Flan -- who would've thought that such combo would result to something really good*Frozen Ube Brazo -- honestly not a fan of the normal brazo, but this one is soooooo good!!! Plus, one slice is generous enough. They also sell one whole serving size if you want to bring it to your family or friends.

Bellefleur's desserts are something that I will always be fond of. Everything on their shelf reminds me of days that are delightfully simple and wish you could always have on a daily basis.Their Ube Leche Flan Cake is worth every penny and praise. It is something that I will never forget to recommend to ube lovers. Its richness and creaminess without it being overly sweet is something to look forward to.Their cupcakes and cookies are also quite addictive. I've created a habit out of dropping by their stall back when they had one in BGC and frequently had either the red velvet cupcake or the ube cupcake.
