We were going from Vigan and planned to attain Caba, Una Union to remain there for the night time. En route, we appeared for the aforementioned Sea Level cafe since most of us (except from me) likes seafood and really wished to try something new. Itwas time in August 2019. We simply implemented the pin on Search engines Maps but it held pointing us to a location were we're able to not discover the restaurant. We'd to have a quick u-turn and appearance closer to where in fact the restaurant could possibly be. Until we noticed a little (almost like carinderia-searching) stall next to the road with a little signage of its title. Finally, we found it! The waiter was pleasant and incredibly entertaining. He told us they are in the transition stage. They are going to transfer to a more impressive location and that the task was on-going during our visit. In any case, he seemed nice therefore we didn't bother. We're there to use their food anyway. The verdict: The place: in those days was a little small and unappealing. The meals: I cherished the butterfly squid! Sorry, that is all I could say because I'm really not a enthusiast of seafood. But my children liked everything about their meals. Also their java rice has been a big hit! The service: Good! Will I return back? - Probably, to see their brand-new place :)
