I am extending my stay static in Siargao since 14 days ago because I am loving the vibe therefore much and I am noticing this indication that states "BUDDHA THAI CUISINE" just a couple blocks from my Resort. Went at 8pm-ish for supper and theplace had been packed with individuals. The Waitress brought me to a desk for just two 2 bcause certainly it had been just me. So right here will go my first evaluation on TripAdvisor. Service: The best support I've experienced inside Siargao, the employees spoke English perfectly and understood my foreign accent. My purchase had been repeated and my Beer has been served immediately. Food: We asked the lady for his or her best sellers, take a look out: Som Tam - lighting and fresh and the ideal quantity of sour and spice with crunch! Poultry Satay - tender and very well marinated, serving had been generous with 3 skewers Pork Massaman - so excellent, the soup has been THE BEST! Shrimp Pad Thai - alright so right now I was already complete but had to use Pad Thai, needless to say. Buddha doesn't disappoint! Mango Sticky Rice - lovely, warm and yummy Actually impressed with Buddha, I will return for the famous SURFER's BREAKFAST PLATE and BANANA PANCAKE!

Sadly the chicken pad thai wasn’t even near to the genuine pad Thai. It tasted similar to noddles with carrot. Tofu inside smelled like older sponge. We have furthermore purchased pandan lemongrass ice tea - tasted like drinking water, as a result we refused to cover it.The only real plus was Thai tea.

The feel is quite relaxed and nice, quite attentive and polite staff. We ordered a combination from the menu; pork satay skewers, Tom Yum soup and the poultry pad thai. The meals was cooked well nevertheless definately room for improvement! The pork skewers were juicyand not over cooked however the peanut satay was bland. The chicken pad thai- all elements cooked well but there is a balsamic vinegar or comparable taste which took it from the pad thai to something very different. So not basically a pad thai. The tom yum soup was ok, again elements cooked well however, not authentic. The food overall had not been bad however, not authentic thai either. From the price I would expect a bit more from the restaurant
