It has certainly added some new flavour to a city center with mostly Chinese/local food or Manila brand junk food. We'd to sit and await some time on arrival because of birthday parties (and graduating) but there exists a small seating region andthe table was ready quickly once prepared. The waiters were quite attentive despite how occupied the resto has been and I was amazed how quickly the meals arrived thinking we'd have an extended wait.... and the meals was nevertheless freshly cooked. The Seafood Pizza and Grumpy Exclusive Hamburger were excellent. The rice and combo foods were typical. The fries were just a little oily. The medial side dish, the portions had been little. I don't recommend seated in the upper flooring because it feels as though a sweat container. The decoration of top of the floor is similar to a college cafeteria. Some of the employees were singing and whistling -- not befitting a service company. It had been almost like these were bored. There had been plenty of staff on to the floor, however the service was slow. San Fernando Grumpy Joe is rather new. It has great potential. However you can find shortcomings that may improve depending upon administration. I'll give this eating place 4 stars, nonetheless it verges on 3 or average.
