This is most likely the best eatery in Liw-Liwa, San Felipe. We first find out about in Lonely Earth in fact it is indeed great! The staff have become friendly and accommodating. Also Mommy Phoebe is quite friendly to her customers. The place is small and the roofis reduced (so take the time to the tall ones). It isn't today's place and the ground is in fact sand. But I assume that's its appeal apart from the friendly staff. They serve yummy home-cooked meals. You can find pre-cooked food plus some are purchased. We proceeded to go there in January in fact it is not higher season hence you can find not much choices. Exactly the same food options was there every day and there had been very little vegetable dishes. I could imagine it really is different on high periods. One time, we wished to purchase something that must be cooked nonetheless it seems no-one can cook it aside form Mommy Phoebe and she had not been there. We simply ordered another thing. On our last day time, we asked should they obtained any veggie dish plus they offered us Bulanglang Ilocano ( a veggie soup dish). It had been so good!!! And apparently this dish had been for the employees. But since we've always been searching for a dish with veggies, they shared it around. Try furthermore their Bagnet and Sisig! The area also serve beer and fruit shakes. In addition they got other beverages and snacks. You can even purchase chips, canned items, sweets, souvenir items along with other stuff you may want on the beach.

The staff members at Mommy Phoebe’s take care of you prefer their family, which is welcome to backpackers like us lacking their house comforts. The menus is basic however the food tasty, and the milkshakes are usually an absolute must!

This is where nearly every one eats if they head to Liwa Liwa. The meals is cheap but excellent. And their fruit shakes certainly are a must attempt if ever you go to the area. The personnel have become nice and pretty fast to serve, sono issue there.
