I actually really don't understand the many five stars reviews. Probably we are expecting an excessive amount of ? or was only a bad time ? I wouldn't know.... The order took 15min to be written correctly... After all during 15min we described at the waitress what willbe our options... Appetizers, primary, dessert and beverages for 4 individuals... she returned (after) 3 instances to confirm... We'd our drinks looong period after the meals (the smoothie with the poultry is not very delicious...), and the dessert through the major... oh, and I forgot to state that we didn't have our plates simultaneously... so really disorganized... For the food, it had been ok, pretty good, but nothing at all to acclaim. And the last, we'd some menus to pick from, but the people today arrived after us had others menus... with other choices... To conclude, it is rather standard in the Philippines to get a smudged service, so we can not blame them an excessive amount of, however when you try another restaurant, you understand that, unfortunately, this is actually the "best eating place in Sagada"...

I had study to create a booking for the Saturday evening buffet but getting rainy season I idea I wouldn't are having issues. I was incorrect. I, among others were turned away. I called simply by Sunday afternoon to produce a booking however they were closed.We arrived at 7pm and fortunately that they had a desk for just two 2 available. Having a fireplace has been a nice touch. I believe virtually everyone dining now there had photos used at the fireplace. In addition they play excellent vocals. I had the Crazy Mushroom Soup that was tasty. For my major I had Roast Poultry in sour lotion gravy, fries and salad that i enjoyed also. Bit more expensive than some other restaurants however, not by much. Nevertheless value to a westerner.

The most common menu wasn’t in but as there is a fiesta a particular menu was offered. Experienced balsamic roast tenderloin pork that was excellent. Service was excellent

The meals tasted average (but fresh) for me personally and my close friends. Two folks got the poultry with paprika dish while one obtained the pork. Both dishes had been quite bland. Not absolutely all beverages were accessible whenever we dined in therefore we simply settled with drinking water.Seating was limited. Atmosphere was really nice.

My friends who visited Sagada explained to use this place. They explained this is a great location for a meal. Therefore me and my pal allocated meals period to try that one. My buddies been within Sagada years back. So probablythe administration or the Chef isn't the same if they visited because our dinner was very uncomfortable. The salad in my own meal was extremely sour. The part of the meal had been good however the taste Nearly. The Paprika Poultry was quite bland and little bit cooked through. You can find parts of the poultry which still includes a blood. Service is quite slow. I believe the taste and high quality of the meals is not worthy of the price.

Excellent welcoming people. They lit a fire inside, placed on an excellent buffet and had a fire bowl outdoors with locals playing drums and singing.

Several restos inside Sagada present buffet meals but VACATION CABIN is definitely tops. The Saturday buffet fare we'd featured 4 main classes, own baked breads, gabi butter and salad/soup appetizers. The French chef offered up roast pork, pasta as entrees. Find yourself has been lemon cakewith parfait, coffee and regional tea. Log Cabin is crucial try for Sagada guests and do not skip the Saturday dinner buffet.

Warmly greeted with a roaring fire, we'd a pleasant dinner. The staff has been attentive and gracious. The mushroom soup created from locally picked mushrooms had been tasty! We enjoyed our food so much that people came back another night!
