Service was a little slow. I don't know maybe because it's already 9pm, almost closing time. My partner asked for water and it was barely washed. There are visible soaps. I'm not sure what's special since it's our first time to try Zark's. We were curious why people are standing in line for their burgers. For me there's nothing special. But one of the servers was polite so I think it's okay.

There were very long lines when I went to this Burger joint when it opened, and I waited patiently to be seated. I tried their Jawbreaker burger which honestly didn't live-up to the hype. I mean it was big, but taste average. Fries was good though.

The thing I rated this review a 3star is because of their staff service. Very slow and it seems like they intentionally ignore their guest. more or less 4times I tried to catch their attention but none of them is aware very disgusting. But the foods are great

Under 500!!!For two :)Food - For the Cream Cheese burger, the burger patty is really tasty, just please add more garlic cream cheese dressing to it. The Zark's ultimate burger is a favorite as well as their nachos and fries. Service - Their staffs are really attentive and kind. If we have any concerns they always kindly do something about it. Ambience - The place is spacious and it have a good ventilation. If I'm craving for Zark's this branch will always be my top choice.Overall - Recommended

Affordable yet big and filling. The patties they use aren’t any special, but the mac and cheese that came with it saved it somehow. We were satisfied, however during the time we ate here, there’s no fries available which is a bit of a downer.

‘Fresh, huge, great’ The huge part was mostly the bun. The main thing (the Patti) was far from being huge. The bun was pretty dry so I wouldn’t call it fresh. The dish was surprisingly aesthetic and value for the money is okServers are pretty clueless

I was looking for a Burger joint while in Manila. Even though I was forewarned that it is very hard to find good Burgers (and Pizza) here. But I came with an open mind. I came across this one first as I was told it was decent. The place was sporty looking. The staff was cool! I scoped the menu and decided on a classic Double Bacon Cheese Burger. And got some Onion Rings because why not, right?!Ehh. I was disappointed. Man. It had the look. It had the size. It had the smell... It had potential upon opening the wrapping. But my goodness, there was zero beef flavor and the beef tough. The bun and bacon was fine. Even the cheese was "ok". But the main component of a burger has to deliver. And for me, it was really really lacking in flavor and moisture. I'm not even sure it was an 80/20 blend let alone the quality. Maybe I got a bad one. Maybe I should give it one more try. But...The Onion Rings were not my favorite - they were minced and formed Onions coated in a crumbly breading. And they were mostly breading. The pricing was questionable. Not sure good value for the price to quality ratio. I will say, this place seems to have potential. If they can nail the Burger flavor, and upgrade the quality of their Onion Rings... Then now we're talkin. All I can say for now is, if you're just looking for anything to quench your Burger craving, go here.

1st time to give 1 star. Twice na akong nagtake out dito yung staff panggabi is okay pero yung pang umaga super hindi approachable nagtataray pa saka parang bingi. Yung order ko na deep fried burger pagkaopen ko sa bahay sunog na sunog diretso sa basurahan. Worst branch na napuntahan ko. Always ako sa sm manila zark's and they are great hindi ganito ang service nila. I hope itrain niyo ulit yung staff niyo dito sa annex branch.

I have been to different branches of Zark's Burgers and so far, all of the dining experience I had their were all satisfactory. Seeing the burger with peanut butter in Facebook for a couple of times, I was curious as to how it tastes like, so I tried it for the first time in SM North EDSA branch. Surprisingly, it's good and I never expected that peanut butter goes well with bacon, burger, mustard and tomato catsup. Now, whenever I visit Zark's Burgers branches, it's a must for me. Zark's Burgers is definitely the one of the best burger chains here in the Philippines.

The serving was still pretty filling, and affordable. I miss their Buffalo wings though hehe but busog agad so next time perhaps 🙂Note: the last time I had Zark’s was 7 (or +) years ago. Hehe
