Five of us family members tried this branch. Medyo mababa na expectations ko sa food since eversince nagsimula akong kumain sa Zark's, bumababa na quality ng food nila. That's frustrating coz nung 2014, super favorite ko sila. But now (as supported by other reviews) anyare? Malabnaw or walang lasa karamihan. Ultimo lemonade parang puro asukal.So pumasok kami sa loob. The table there is designed for 4 persons. So five kami siksikan sa table and wala man lang nag initiate sa kanila to offer us another table or a larger dining table. Hahaha, tumawa na lang ako since mukhang nag enjoy naman parents who are both senior citizens sa siksikan. But I hope matrain pa yung mga servers. Dami na ng kita ng Zark's hahaha! Tapos mukhang di pa masyadong knowledgeable on how to interact with customers.So far, itong branch na to ang may worst service para sa akin. Peace yow!

Wala pa ring tumatalo sa portion, variety, taste, and price nito. Malayo man ang marating, babalik-balik pa rin. Fave ko dito ang minor league with cream cheese, and the thunder mac and cheese!

We ate here for our late mother's day celebration.I really like how they cook the patty, the buns, the cheese, and the sauce; the serving is big also. I love the food, the fries, and the place, plus the ambience is great!

We waited for almost an hour for just 2 burgers when the wait time was supposed to be for 15 mins. only. service was horrible.we followed up twice only to be asked to wait again. Just wow.

Serving is huge and worth the price. Food is tasty and served warm and fresh. Employees are skilled and accommodating. You can choose from a wide variety of menus and surprises me everytime. I tried Cheesy Beast one time and my eyes just poped out when the meal was served. Hope to try their out of this world future creation.

My husband and my mom's favorite place to eat burger. I would say that their serving is more than enough for an average person and the taste, regardless of what I choose from the menu, never disappoints me. Employees and staff are accommodating compare to other food place, however last time we went there only one waiter was serving all the customers and the place was full with ppl even waiting outside to get seated. Expect that this place is always crowded, but I still love the ambiance.

Yesterday (Sept.17,2017) we decided to try the bacon wrapped burger (diko na maalala yung exact name) and yes! nag exceed pa sya sa expectations namin, hindi tinipid sa bacon. solid yung pattie ang sarap. yung buffalo wings heaven! spicy but hindi sya ganong spicy for me. yung lasa nya hindi lang sa labas pati sa loob ng chicken. recommended yung buffalo wings nila. legit na masarap! 👌👌👌 yung snickers ala mode. masarap din. ung vanilla ice cream hay for me okay syang pantaggal umay sa greasiness, sarap. thumbs up!👍👍 Good job zarks! Service nila, approachable crew. nice and always naka smile. yung ambiance, comfy. spacious hindi nakaka suffocate. 👍👍👍

This branch of zark’s has bad service. Ordered Ragin’ Cajun, Thunder Mac and Cheese and Onion Rings, the server told us that our food will be ready in 15 mins, it wasn’t. Had to wait 40 minutes and that is after we repeatedly called the servers’ attention and them ignoring us and us finally approaching them to follow up our order. There weren’t even utensils available for us to use 🤦🏻‍♀️. Plus the food wasn’t even that special, for me, it was just an ordinary burger so I really don’t get the hype for Zark’s. Will never return to this branch again.

So i asked the waitress whats the bests seller in the “minor league” category she said “zarks ultimate burger” w/c was 149php then i ordered it thinking this burger would surpass my go to burger (Whooper Jr.)If im just craving for a cheap but tasty burger. The waitress was kind and smiling when she gave me the menu and when asked my order so thats a ➕➕➕Burger Review:-The Bun in the bottom was sloppy and watery after 3-4 mins. It was served-The meat wasnt tasty enough for me, kulang ng salt and pepper. it was medium done i think, they didnt even let it sit for like 3-5 mins so the juices of the meat went to the bottom of the bun kaya basa yung bun😞- the lettuce was not fresh, only 1 slice of tomato was in there- the mushroom here was obviously came from a cannes good mushroom- and they just put in 1 pc of bacon ONLY! 😤😤Food Verdict: Overall i wasnt satisfied and maybe i wont return again? I dont know. (Mas gusto ko pa burger king. Or yet yung aloha ng jolibee eh. Kahit nga yung regular na cheese burger nila Haaayyy.. )

My mom and dad’s comfort food! Haha we would usually go here for a quick snack but their burgers are humongous! I barely eat the whole meal on my own! For burger lovers this is a good place.
